厉害了word哥!中国首款智能卡车面世,“无人驾驶”不再是梦!

根据美国汽车工程师协会的定义,自动驾驶可分为0级至5级,即无自动驾驶、驾驶辅助、部分自动驾驶、有条件自动驾驶、高度自动驾驶和完全自动驾驶。

According to the Society of Automotive Engineers, there are six levels of driving automation: 0 (no automation), 1 (driver assistance), 2 (partial automation), 3 (conditional automation), 4 (high automation), and 5 (full automation). 

20世纪70年代,美欧等发达国家开始进行无人驾驶汽车的研究。我国从上世纪80年代开始着手无人驾驶汽车的研制开发。1992年,国防科技大学研制成功了我国第一辆真正意义上的无人驾驶汽车。如今,在市场需求的拉动下,绝大多数乘用车已经搭载、或可选配自动紧急制动、自动巡航、车道偏离预警等主动安全装置。然而,由于技术壁垒和成本限制,在重卡上,主动安全技术的应用几乎为零。

Since the 1970s, America and European countries have conducted research into automated driving, and in the 1980s, research was  instigated in China. In 1992, the National University of Defense Technology successfully developed the first automatic car. The majority of modern passenger vehicles come equipped with active safety systems that include such features as automatic emergency braking, automatic cruise control and  lane departure warning. Large trucks have long been the exception due to technological barriers and cost constraints. 

然而,这种格局已经被打破。9月19日,“纪念中国重汽成立六十周年发展论坛暨智能化战略及车辆展示发布会”在山东济南举行。当天,中国重汽集团正式发布I代首款智能卡车——汕德卡,这也是中国首款智能卡车。

These problems have now been solved, thanks to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, also known as Sinotruk, a State-owned Chinese truck manufacturer. At the company's 60th anniversary celebrations in Jinan, capital of Shandong province on Sept 19, it unveiled China's first-ever intelligent truck called SITRAK.

 



中国重汽集团总经理蔡东介绍,该款卡车在杜绝主动追尾、杜绝翻车事故发生等方面有优异效果;节油效果突出,与普通卡车相比油耗平均降低5%。在安全上,将最终实现“零伤亡、零翻车”;在智能化和自动化控制方面彻底解放人工操作。

According to Cai Dong, president and executive director of Sinotruk, the intelligent truck can help avoid rear-end collisions and rollover, as well as consuming 5 percent less fuel than other trucks. It’s expected to avoid “casualties” and “rollovers”as well as to simplify manual operation through intelligent and automated controls.

AEB自动紧急制动系统,可以对前方车辆进行高精度距离检测,当存在追尾风险时,实现自动预警、主动制动,以避免或减轻碰撞。

AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking System) uses sensors to detect the proximity of the vehicle in front and, in the event of danger, automatically applies the brakes to avoid-or at least mitigate the effects of a crash. 


通过智能监测让车辆始终保持安全行驶距离,这样的追尾将不会发生!


 


如果车辆偏离了当前轨道,LDW车道偏离预警系统将自动预警,提醒驾驶员保持在当前车道行驶,消除因驾驶员疲劳驾驶造成的安全隐患。

If the vehicle begins to move out of its lane, LDW (Lane Departure Warning System) will automatically warn the driver to stay in their current lane. The system is designed to eliminate the potential safety hazards caused by driver fatigue. 


ACC自适应巡航系统可自动调整车速,保持与前车的安全跟车距离,可实现无司机干预下的自动制动和加速控制。

ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control)can automatically adjust the speed of a vehicle, allowing it to maintain a safe distance from vehicles in front. It can also brake and accelerate  without the driver’s intervention 


HSA坡道起步辅助系统,可实现在坡上安全起步,消除溜车隐患。

HAS (Hill Start Assist Start) can help the vehicle start safely on hills to prevent the vehicle rolling backwards.

Customers can select a truck with different functions based on their personal preferences as the system can analyze the demands of each customer and show them what the truck will look like in the form of graphs, charts or 3-D rendering.

成立于1956年的“中国重汽”,是我国盈利水平最好的汽车制造企业之一,1960年,中国重汽制造出中国第一台重型汽车黄河牌JN150载重汽车。到2015年出口整车4万辆、销往全球100多个国家地区,出口已占行业出口总量的39.6%,连续十二年占据中国重卡行业出口首位。

China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, also known as Sinotruk, is one of the country's largest truck manufacturer by revenue. In 1960, it manufactured China's first heavy truck--the Yellow River JN150. In 2015, about 40,000 vehicles were exported to more than 100 countries and regions, giving the company a 39.6 percent market share in terms of  gross exports.The company has ranked first among Chinese heavy truck exporters by volume for the last 12 years.


参加中国重汽纪念60周年活动的厄瓜多尔军方代表贝尔德兰表示,中国重汽服务称心、及时。自中国重汽产品交付以来,中国重汽产品运行良好,对厄瓜多尔陆军后勤保障能力的提升起到了很重要的作用。

Beltran Salazar Milbert Damian, an Ecuadorian military delegate said at Sinotruk’s 60th anniversary celebrations that they were satisfied with the company’s service and its products had helped improve logistical support to the Ecuadorian army.

作为国内技术领先的商用车制造企业,中国重汽目前在智能卡车领域累计科研立项30余项,研发投入数亿元,系统地解决了智能卡车整车平台、车联网、无人驾驶系统、车辆智能化个性化定制系统等关键系统开发中的一大批技术难题。

Sinotruk  has set up  more than 30 research projects with a total fund of up to 1 billion yuan. The company solved many technical problems in the production of the intelligent trucks, including the development of Internet of Vehicle, automated systems and customization.


此外,在无人驾驶方面,由中国重汽开发的两辆无人驾驶特种车辆样车已经交付用户试验。

Except for the intelligent trucks, two automated special vehicles have already been delivered to customers.
