GSEA想说明你的Gene Set是不是statistically significant出现在rank list（你的例子好像是rank by gene over-expression）的靠前或者靠后位置
你图上的几个例子都是说你的Gene Set倾向出现在over expression的一端（假设蓝色表示over expression）
