菲迪克工程师培训事宜网站 http://faetraining./菲迪克认证工程师培训和认证试点项目 2014年11月29日，国际咨询工程师联合会（FIDIC，菲迪克）认证工程师培训和认证试点项目首期培训班在北京顺利结束，这是试点项目进入全面实施阶段以来向前推进的实质性步骤。 首期培训班从11月11日正式开始，历时19天，其中集中学习16天，由菲迪克国际培训师全程授课并配有同传翻译，使用菲迪克提供的培训教材，把理论知识学习和实践案例分析很好地结合起来。首期培训班的高效组织和安排得到菲迪克国际培训师和广大学员的普遍满意。 首期培训班共有138名学员和16名中国培训师候选人，其中很多是我国有关工程咨询单位的领导和骨干力量。培训班实行严格的考勤，只有达到规定的出勤率，认真遵守培训班纪律的学员，才能获得由菲迪克认证工程师认证管理委员会主席签发的培训结业证书，作为系统学习菲迪克知识体系的证明。绝大多数培训学员和培训师候选人克服困难，抽出宝贵的时间，全程参加了培训学习。 通过16天紧张的集中学习和交流，学员们系统学习了菲迪克合同协议和业务实践知识体系，对菲迪克质量管理体系、廉洁管理体系、可持续发展管理体系有了全面、系统的理解。学员们普遍反映，他们花在培训班学习上的时间和投入是值得的，收获了丰富的知识，开阔了眼界，结下了深厚的友谊。他们作为“第一批敢吃螃蟹的人”，体现了勇气和远见。 首期培训班期间，由菲迪克认证工程师认证管理委员会秘书处选拔的16名中国培训师候选人，担任菲迪克国际培训师的助教。他们认真备课，既努力吃透菲迪克培训教材内容，又结合中国实际情况，助教的表现得到菲迪克国际培训师和培训学员的普遍认可。中国第一批菲迪克培训师有望从他们当中诞生！ 在29日晚上举行的首期培训班结业仪式上，中国工程咨询协会副会长、菲迪克认证工程师认证管理委员会秘书长唐萍、菲迪克国际培训师艾克?凡德?普特以及试点项目委托培训机构----北京大学所属北京博雅方略咨询集团有限公司董事长窦文章教授等，向合格的培训学员和培训师候选人颁发了培训结业证书。学员们还利用课余时间精心准备，将菲迪克知识活学活用，把学到的知识在文艺节目表演中体现出来，菲迪克国际培训师也积极参与，乐在其中。 试点项目是在我国全面深化改革开放，中国经济与世界经济相互依存度不断增强，包括工程咨询业在内的许多行业“走出去”的紧迫性不断增强的背景下开展的，有利于提高中国工程咨询队伍的素质，培养具有国际水平的专业人才，促进中国工程咨询业“走出去”，进一步增强中国工程咨询业在国际市场的竞争力。试点项目今后还将继续举行更多的培训班。 国际培训师授课 中国培训师候选人担任助教 培训学员认真听讲 案例分析 中国工程咨询协会副会长、菲迪克认证工程师认证管理委员会秘书长唐萍在结业仪式上讲话

The collective voice of the industry, as represented by FIDIC, provides a powerful mechanism for sharing such knowledge. For many years FIDIC has been striving to collect the body of knowledge that represents best practice in the consulting engineering industry. Here, today, we see the most complete FIDIC training programme developed to date, as presented in the FIDIC-CNAEC Training Programme, launched in Beijing in November 2015. I congratulate everyone who has been involved in creating and supporting this Pilot Programme, after many years of planning, discussion, modification and testing. FIDIC has been working closely with CNAEC on the development of a truly international standard for those who wish to understand the basic principles and practices of FIDIC, as translated into a unique set of training modules. This programme is recognised by FIDIC as playing a significant part in its own Capacity Building programme, as well as pushing forward other core FIDIC principles designed to promote the important role of consulting engineers in the transparent development of sustainable infrastructure, thereby contributing positively to our Quality of Life. As such, this programme represents one of the most significant activities ever undertaken by FIDIC, and potentially one that can be applied globally, to benefit the whole industry. The strong support of CNAEC and the Chinese Government has enabled us now to reach this milestone. I understand in fact, that this training certification programme is the very first of its kind to be recognized by the Chinese Government, a great honour indeed for FIDIC. It is acknowledged that there have been a number of challenges along the way, but CNAEC and FIDIC have continued to support each other and our mutual belief in the merits of this special programme, and we thank CNAEC for their dedication and support. We also congratulate and thank the leadership of the FIDIC Engineer Certification Board, chaired by FIDIC Past President Gregs Thomopulos, with considerable support from Prof Wang Wulong, Chairman of CNAEC; FIDIC Past President, Dr John Boyd; and CNAEC Vice Chairperson, Ms Tang Ping. There have been several changes to the leadership within CNAEC and FIDIC since this unique programme was first conceived some years ago, but the commitment from both sides has not wavered throughout. Considerable work has been undertaken in recent months, to fine tune the programme, prepare relevant training materials, have these documents translated, assess potential trainers, promote the programme, and identify candidates to attend the first courses. Our thanks to all those who have contributed so much to the programme, and to this special occasion.
