奥巴马任期内最后一次记者会再开炮：俄罗斯又小又弱

即将离任之际，美国总统奥巴马16日召开年终记者会。其中提及俄罗斯和普京，他认为只要美国坚定信念，不迷失自我，是不会被俄罗斯这种小国所影响的。对于俄罗斯，奥巴马给的都是满满的差评啊。

the Russians can't change us

 

也不能削弱我们的实力

or significantly weaken us

 

它是一个很小的国家，一个很弱的国家

very smaller country there a weaker country

 

它们的经济产业吸引不了任何国家

their economy doesn't produce anything that anybody wants to buy

 

除了石油、天然气和武器

except oil and gas and arms

 

它们没有创新

they don't innovate

 

但是

but

 

如果我们失去了自我，它们就可以影响到我们

they can impact us if we lose track of who we are

 

如果我们放弃我们的价值观，它们也会影响到我们

they can impact us if we abandon our values

 

普京总统很容易就可以削弱我们

Mr.Putin can weaken us

 

就像他试图削弱欧洲

just like he's trying to weaken Europe

 

如果我们接受了这样的观念

if we start buying into notions

 

认为恐吓媒体是小事

that it's okay to intimidate the press

 

认为将持不同政见的人关起来是小事

or lockup dissidents

 

歧视他人

or discriminate against people

 

因为他们的信仰或者肤色不同

because of their faith or what they looklike

is the degree to which

because of the fierceness of the partisan battle
