烘焙最佳的部分在于与其他人一起完成。花时间和家人朋友一起制作美味的食谱是一个很好的方法不仅有趣,而且做出来的美食味道非常棒!所以呢,今天我们分享一位来自广州本地Mom Cake烘焙室的朋友Cindy一起制作的美食配方!我们很愉快一起制作了这次的食谱并迫不及待地想要跟大家分享!

The best part of baking is being able to bake with others. Spending time making delicious recipes with your friends and family is such a great way to not only have fun but also make something that tastes oh so good! And so, today we are sharing a really great recipe we made with our friend Cindy, a baker at Mom Cake bakery located here in Guangzhou! We had such a great time making this recipe together and can't wait to share it below!

 

主料 INGREDIENTS 主料

 

  • 150g Flour
  • 1 red apple
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 60g butter
  • 15g confectioner’s sugar
  • 45g water
  • 低筋面粉150g  
  • 红苹果1个
  • 蜂蜜2汤匙  
  • 白糖3汤匙
  • 黄油60g  
  • 细砂糖15g
  • 水45g

 

 

步骤 DIRECTIONS 步骤

 

 

STEP 1: 将烤箱预热至160°C (320°F)。

Preheat oven to 160°C.

STEP 2: 黄油软化后,倒入低筋面粉和细砂糖. 用手揉搓直到搓匀,混合好的面粉像粗玉米粉的样子。倒入水,揉成面团,静置松驰15分钟

Soften butter to room temperature and mix with the flour and sugar. With hand or a hand-held mixer, mix it together well. Add the water and knead the dough. Let sit for 15 minutes.

 

STEP 3: 将苹果切成薄片备用

While the dough is sitting, cut the apple into thin half slices.

 

STEP 4: 蜂蜜2汤匙白糖3汤匙用小火煮成糖浆,然后将苹果片放入烫煮一会儿变软;苹果片太硬无法卷起来.

In a pan simmer the honey and sugar until it becomes like a syrup, then add the apple slices until they have softened.

 STEP 5: 派皮擀成薄片,切长条. 将苹果片如图排列整齐.

Roll out the dough and cut it into long strips. Place the apple slices onto the dough strips.

STEP 6: 折叠起另一半派皮.

Cut the dough about one inch away from the apples (see picture).

 STEP 7: 从一侧卷成卷,成玫瑰花形状.

Start at one end and roll the pastry, it will create a flower shape. 

 STEP 8: 依次做好,烤箱预热烤箱160度,中层,约30分钟左右即可.

Place rolled apple pie flowers into a muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes.

 

可以啦!玫瑰苹果派它的味道如它美丽的外形一样,非常好吃!!

And there you go!! Apple pie flowers that are as beautiful as they are tasty!!
