摘 要： 本文对不丹农业发展历程经行了回顾和梳理，分析了当前不丹实现农业发展所取得的成就及所面临的新问题和新挑战，和不丹政府以农牧区居民的全面发展为主体，以保护和改善生态环境，实现自然资源与社会经济的协调发展为目的，在农业发展上所采取的措施。
