北美华人医师联盟给美联航CEO的信

美国时间四月九号，在芝加哥准备飞往Louisville的美国联合航空公司3411班机上一华人医生遭警察殴打受伤抬下飞机。这个事件已在华人社区造成极大震惊与愤怒。北美华人医师联盟（华医联盟）给美国航空公司总裁Oscar Munoz发信对此示表示极大关注。要美国联航尽快公正调查此事。

Dear Mr. Munoz,

 

We are a group of Chinese AmericanPhysicians practicing Medicine in the United States of America.

We are sending this letter bring to your attention regarding the incident thatoccurred on United Airline 3411 (Chicago to Louisville) on Sunday, April 9,2017. Based on the available media reports, we are concerned with and deeplydisturbed by the way this case was handled. An innocent passenger, Dr. JianChen, was grossly mistreated and injured on his way back home. This incidencehas created an outcry in our medical community and has very negative impact onthe image of your company.

 

United Airlines’ mistreating itspassengers was totally unacceptable. We must demand respect and dignity. Wedisagree unconscionable action, and we request your sincere apology to thepassenger and our community.

 

We would like to demand a timely andthorough investigation and necessary steps to address these concerns. We hopethere will be appropriate and effective procedure in place to ensure positiveexperience of all future UA’s passengers.
