The world’s top chefs are always looking for ways tomake their menus stand out. Consumer demand is increasing for beef grownnaturally, without compromise on quality. Our Reserve beef is grass-fed andpasture raised, without hormone growth promotants or antibiotics feeding.

What sets SilverFern Farms Reserve beef apart is that it has been hand-graded under SilverFern Farms’ Eating Quality System?. This grading process allows us to guaranteeour consumers a better beef experience, every time.

Our team of accredited Master Graders assess each animal against anexacting set of standards, with only the top four from every 100 carcasesachieving the Eating Quality (EQ) grade. The Master Graders check for evidenceof a high-quality diet, minimal stress, carcass maturity, rib fat, meat and fatcolour and marbling, which is crucial in identifying the best beef.

银蕨拥有自己专业的分级团队对每一只牛进行评级。只有4%的最优产品能够通过我们EQ评级系统。专业团队针对饲养环境,草场质量,牛群生长的压力环境,酮体成熟度,脂肪含量,脂肪颜色,肉质,油花分布来决定是否为最顶级牛肉。
