三角纤维软骨复合体（TFCC）损伤主要临床表现是腕关节尺侧的疼痛，可导致远端尺桡关节的损伤。它是一纤维软骨样结构，位于腕关节的尺侧。该复合体在尺骨侧有四个附着点：2个位于尺骨茎突，2个位于小凹处。 TFCC组成结构如下： the triangular fibrocartilage the proximal radioulnar (PRU) ligament the distal radioulnar (DRU) ligament the meniscal homologue the ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) the sheath of the extensor carpi ulnaris (ECU) ligament 轴位图示： LT：lister结节 DL：背侧尺桡韧带 PL：掌侧尺桡韧带 SR：Scaphoid Recess/Articular fossa LR：Lunate Recess/Articular fossa ECU：尺侧腕伸肌腱 disc：三角纤维软骨盘 |
