忘了它吧，意思就是“不要在意” 或是“算了”

Oh, forget it! Don't say any more about it. It's time for a break。

 算了，别说了，该洗洗睡了。

Forget it, what's the use? 

甭说了，有什么用！

 forgive and forget

过去的事就算了，不计前嫌

We must learn to forgive and forget.

我们必须学会忘记和原谅。

Never hold a grudge against anyone; try to forgive and forget.

不要怨恨任何人，要设法宽恕和不要放在心上。

forget about

不再想某人或某物

Forget about me! I don't deserve it.

忘掉我吧！我不值得。

 get over

基本意思是“越过、跨过”，后衍伸为“克服、原谅”

It's not a big deal， so get over it.

多大点事，忘了吧。

 let it go

What's done is done! Just let it go.

木已成舟，过去的就让它过去吧！别再想了。

leave behind

基本意思是“把..置于之后”，即遗留、遗忘

We must leave these things behind and turn over a new leaf in our lives. 

要把这些事情翻篇儿过去，开始新的生活。

go with the flow

'flow'基本意思是“流动”，在此指顺其自然、放平心态。/不去管它

Go with the flow. It's unhealthy to get upset.

顺其自然吧，伤心还伤身。

They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel 

也许他们忘记了你说过什么，但他们绝不会忘记你给他们的感觉
