音乐是疗愈情绪的药

虽然我大多数时候展现的是一副快乐无忧，没心没肺的形象，但是这不意味着我没有情绪低落的时候。工作上也会有压力，生活上也会有烦恼，只不过我现在比较懂得觉察我的情绪，知道如何和负面情绪相处，能够很快地调适自己。

觉察到负面情绪的时候，最重要的不是去压抑它，而是正视这种情绪，找到一个合适的方式去表达出来，一个人大哭一场，大汗淋漓地运动一番，或者爽快地买买买，都可以。

但是借用五月天的一句话，“伤心的人别听慢歌”，因为在情绪很低落的时候听忧伤的音乐只会让你继续沉溺在负面情绪里，不利于我们情绪的修复振作。

那么我会听什么音乐呢？

基本来说我建议从锻炼对音乐旋律的美感开始，不要太在意歌词，因为我们会将重点放在旋律所创造的意境上，而音符对情绪的修复功能比歌词大得多。

以下是我推荐的一些的情歌及流行歌曲，像是 “Angelo Straniero“ 和 ”Aquarela“ 在低落的時候会有疗愈的作用，但基本上我建议在心情已经走出最低潮以后听音乐，这样我们能更好地被带动起来，享受音乐的美妙和生活的美好。
