怎么用英语看病？

出门在外，总难免会碰上些小病小痛，能自己吃药解决还好，万一撑不住要看大夫——可总不能来来去去都是Help me doctor I'm sick吧？国外可没有老中医，只有一句Do you have an appointment？So today I will talk about some expressions that can be helpful when you go to see a doctor in English-speaking countries.

Clinic和Hospital的区别？

Clinic	Hospital
Definition定义	(private)medical consulting room	a building where patients are admitted for treatment
Available hours营业时间	several hours in a day	24 hours
Doctor Qualification医生资质	1~2 practicing physician	experts from different blocks病区/科室

So as we can see, clinic is a place where we go for advice before the problem is so severe that hospital becomes the only choice for us.所以说呀，clinic就是我们小诊所或者是社区医院，小病小治，大病大治，大家一定要根据病情做出选择哟。

fever发烧

cough咳嗽

stomachache肚子疼

……

怎么不舒服？——How to describe your symptoms?

Dull pain 钝痛

Sharp pain 刺痛

throbbing pain 间歇性的抽痛

numbness n.麻木感

E.g.Electric shock can lead to severe numbness.

电击会导致严重的麻木感。

itchy adj.发痒的

E.g.I feel itchy around my neck but the doctor told me not to scratch it.

我感觉脖子周围很痒，但医生让我别去挠它。

cramps n. 痉挛，抽筋

E.g.If you kick on sports without doing enough warming-ups, you can easily get into cramps.

如果运动前没有做足热身，你很容易就会抽筋。

谨遵医嘱——Common instructions in a doctor's examination

1.squeeze my hands 握紧我的手（憋缩话，握紧我~满满的安全感~）

2.Breath in, breath out (inhale, exhale) 深呼吸—吸气—呼气

3.Do you have any allergies? 你有对什么东西过敏吗？

4.What prescription drugs are you taking? 你目前在吃哪种处方药？
