肩袖撕裂类型：

A，正常肩袖

B，肩袖关节面部分撕裂

C，肩袖滑囊面部分撕裂

D，肩袖肌腱内型部分撕裂

E，关节侧肩袖部分撕裂（PASTA病变）

F，关节侧肩袖部分撕裂伴肌内囊肿

G，冈上肌肌腱磨损（肩峰下撞击）

H，肩袖全层撕裂

I，关节侧肩袖部分撕裂、分层，伴深层肌腱回缩。

注：Partial thickness，部分撕裂；根据Ellman等把撕裂深度分为三度：Ⅰ度﹤3 mm，Ⅱ度3～6 mm，Ⅲ度﹥6 mm或超过肌腱厚度50%。

A, Normal rotator cuff. 

B, Partial thickness articular sided tear. 

C, Partial thickness bursal-side tear. 

D, Partial thickness interstitial tear. 

E, Partial-thickness articular surface supraspinatus avulsion (PASTA lesion). 

F, Partial thickness articular-side tear with intramuscular cyst. 

G, Attritional fraying of the tendon. 

H, Full-thickness tear. 

I, Partial-thickness articular sided tear with delamination and retraction of the deeper fibers.
