On the morning of April 29，2017，from 10:00 to 11:00, more than a million students take part in a national student sports program which all the students have benefit from. Individuals in increasing number start to cast light on the program. The Ministy of Education insists that all the students should participate in the exercise for one hour every day. Not only can the students build up body, but also keep a clear mind in the course of these activities. I

believe that students from different grades should take the opportunity to take exercises, including the students in Grade Three of Senior School. These students have a heavy pessure. Were there no exercises, never would they take a rest.
