光環的英文字是源於希臘的氣字，在軍茶利瑜珈光環認為是身體對抗邪氣最有力的盾，光環最神秘的是它具有醫自己或他人的本領。

 

正如電池可以儲電，身體亦儲蓄軍茶利能量的能力。

一個有德行的道或軍茶利修行者，他們本身一定充滿炁或PRANA。有某些人他們經常可以用手去醫治某些病。

他們亦可以用手去改變無生命物體皂場正如磁場或植物場。
