坐亚龙谷腹地，离尘不离城

普利斯设计集团酒店、度假村及旅游地产景观设计：华皓亚龙府

华皓亚龙府坐落于三亚亚龙岭下的亚龙谷，处于三亚城区、亚龙湾及海棠湾交汇形成的“黄金三角区”，周边配套设施完善。该项目的景观设计由普利斯设计集团负责，项目的景观风格整体上延续了建筑的新中式风格。今天，让我们先走进项目的示范区，一睹其主入口与售楼中心的风采。

由于项目地紧邻连接海棠湾与亚龙湾的国道，车流量较大，设计师在进行主入口的设计时重点营造出了“由繁入静”的景观氛围。一座中式飞檐门楼将项目地的内外部环境隔离开。主入口的设计采用人车分离的模式，人行路线从假山中穿过，蜿蜒的园路搭配精心布局的假山与绿植，形成一派惬意的中式园林景象，不受尘世纷扰，瞬间给人清净之感。

穿过一间前院，便进入了极具轴线感与围合感的主庭空间，一座端正，恢弘的售楼中心映入眼帘。设计师对景观的空间尺度与布局进行了仔细推敲，以配合突显建筑的宏伟大气，保证空间的开阔、敞亮。

位于售楼中心侧方的户外洽谈区为住户提供了一片休憩与聊天的户外场地。户外洽谈区的设计新颖别致，下沉式的休憩座椅与水景融为一体，向阳种植的绿色植被具有良好的遮阴效果，为住户在炎热的三亚带来丝丝清凉。

建筑风雨廊前的特色水景从视觉上中和了建筑给人的硬朗之感，汉白玉材质的水景围墙基座与建筑材料相匹配，美感与品质感兼备；视线延伸，一面中式气息浓郁的照壁与建筑遥相呼应，成为景观焦点。

此外，地方文化元素也被广泛运用到设计中。设计师从当地历史悠远的织锦文化与当地少数民族黎族人民信奉的太阳神、图腾文化中汲取灵感，将浓郁的文化内涵注入到项目的景观设计中：

树池上精心雕刻的图腾花纹，于细节处体现匠心；

围墙上镂空的图腾变形花纹与照壁上的太阳神浮雕，从视觉上弱化了墙体的厚重感，也凸显了项目景观的文化气息。

融入织锦文化元素的地面铺装与廊架屋顶设计，清新而简洁，让人耳目一新。

设计前期对项目地特征、当地文化的充分了解令我们在设计时事半功倍。我们将当地少数民族黎族的传统织锦文化及“图腾崇拜”文化融入到该项目中，使设计成果兼具传统中式合院的美感与当地少数民族风情，新颖别致。在设计过程中我们注重每一处细节，从灯饰花纹的绘制到假山形态的塑造，无不经过一番仔细推敲。我们始终本着“匠人”精神处理好每一处细节，为客户呈现品质卓越的项目作品。

Located at Yalong Valley under the Yalong Ridge, the 'golden triangle' among Sanya, Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay, Ya Long Fu has a superior location with excellent surrounding facilities. Place Design Group was engaged to create a landscape design that resonated with a New Chinese architectural style. Let’s take a look at the display area, main entrances and sales office.

 

A Chinese gate tower, intricate in design, separates the complex from the bustle of the nearby national highway. The tranquil landscape architecture further isolates the resort, with winding paths and lush plantings creating a peaceful Chinese garden feel leading through to the main entrance.

 

The spatial dimensions and layout of the landscape design surrounding the sales office is carefully considered to ensure a bright, open and inviting space.

 

The uniquely designed outdoor negotiation zone located in the lateral of the sales office offers residents an outdoor space for rest and recreation. The sunken seats integrated with the water scenes and the shady plantings provide residents with a refreshing experience in Sanya’s hot climate.

 

The water feature in front of the corridor of the building visually softens the building’s exterior. Made of white marble, the base wall of the water feature perfectly complements the building’s materials, offering a sense of luxury and beauty. At the end of the courtyard, the Chinese screen wall echoes with the sales office building and acts as a focal point.

 

The design is heavily influenced by traditional cultural elements specific to the Li Nationality, the local minority of Hainan Province. The local brocade, pattern of sun-god and the totem culture are incorporated into various landscape design features. 

 

The carved totem patterns in the tree pools show ingenuity in details.

 

The totem pattern carved on surrounding fences and the sun-god embossment on the screen wall softens the infrastructure, while highlighting cultural significance within the landscape design.

 

The traditional element of brocade is incorporated into the design of the pavement and roof of the corridor.

Fully understanding of the site feature and local culture at the beginning stage brought us design results beyond our expectations. Elements of local brocade culture and totem culture of Li Nationality are integrated in the project, which made our design achievement a combination of the beauty of Chinese Courtyard and flavor of local minority. Besides, every detail, no matter the pattern of decorative lightings or the shape of rockery, is carefully considered to ensure a superior quality outcome can be achieved.
