大家好，有时候我们在K歌或者说话演讲的时候，总是感觉呼吸不过来，气不够用。或者说话声音很弱小。有人就会说，你宗气不足呀。宗气指的就是聚积在人体胸中的气，来源于我们呼吸中的氧气。主要由吃的食物经过脾胃的消化而产生的精微之物，和我们正常呼吸的空气结合，化生形成后，聚集在胸中气海之处，气海又名膻中。 Hi, everybody. Sometimes when we're singing or speaking,Wealways feel inadequate breathing and without enough gas.
