Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Goldilocks. She went for a walk in the forest. Pretty soon, she came upon a house. She knocked and, when no one answered, she walked right in. 从前，有一个女孩叫金发姑娘。一天，她在森林里散步，不一会儿就来到一栋房子前。她敲了敲门，没人应答，就直接走了进去。 At the table in the kitchen, there were three bowls of porridge. Goldilocks was hungry. She tasted the porridge from the first bowl. 厨房的餐桌上，放着三碗粥。金发姑娘觉得很饿，就尝了尝第一碗粥。 'This porridge is too hot!' she exclaimed. So, she tasted theporridge from the second bowl. 'This porridge is too cold,' she said “这粥太烫了！”她惊叫道。于是，她又尝了尝第二碗粥。 “这粥太凉了！”她又说。接着她又开始尝第三碗粥。 So, she tasted the last bowl of porridge. 'Ahhh, this porridge is just right,' she said happily and she ate it all up. “嗯…这碗粥刚刚好！”她开心地喝完了第三碗粥。 After she'd eaten the three bears' breakfasts she decided she was feeling a little tired. So, she walked into the living room where she saw three chairs. Goldilocks sat in the first chair to rest her feet. 喝完粥，金发姑娘觉得有点累了。于是她走进客厅，看到了三把椅子。她坐在了第一张椅子上。 'This chair is too big!' she exclaimed. So she sat in the second chair. 'This chair is too big, too!' she whined. So she tried the last and smallest chair. “这把椅子太大了！”她惊叫道。接着坐在了第二张椅子上。 “这把椅子也太大了！”她嘟囔着，又坐到了第三张椅子上。 'Ahhh, this chair is just right,' she sighed. But just as she settled down into the chair to rest, it broke into pieces! “嗯…这把椅子刚刚好！”她叹了口气，坐下来想休息一下。但椅子一下子就碎了！ Goldilocks was very tired by this time, so she went upstairs to the bedroom. There were three beds in the room. Goldilocks lay down in the first bed. 金发姑娘实在是太累了，所以她就上楼去了卧室，卧室里有三张床。她先躺了躺第一张床， 'This bed is too hard!' she exclaimed. So she lay down in the second bed. “这床太硬了！”她惊叫道。接着躺在了第二张床上。 'This bed is too soft!' she whined. So she tried the last and smallest bed. “这床太软了！”她嘟囔着，又躺在了第三张床上。 'Ahhh, this bed is just right,' she sighed. Goldilocks fell asleep. “嗯…这张床刚刚好！”她叹了口气，沉沉地睡着了。 As she was sleeping, the three bears came home. 当金发姑娘熟睡的时候，三只熊回来了。 'Someone's been eating my porridge,' growled the Papa bear. “有人喝了我的粥！”熊爸爸低声说。 'Someone's been eating my porridge,' said the Mama bear. “也有人喝了我的粥！”熊妈妈接着说。 'Someone's been eating my porridge and they ate it all up!' cried the Baby bear. “还有人把我的粥全都喝完了！”熊宝宝哭着说。 Then they entered into the living room. 接着他们又来到客厅。 'Someone's been sitting in my chair,' growled the Papa bear. “有人坐过我的椅子！”熊爸爸低声说。 'Someone's been sitting in my chair,' said the Mama bear. “也有人坐过我的椅子！”熊妈妈接着说。 'Someone's been sitting in my chair and they've broken it all to pieces,' cried the Baby bear. “还有人把我的椅子坐坏了！”熊宝宝哭着说。 动图 They decided to look around some more and when they got upstairs to the bedroom, Papa bear growled, 他们决定四处看看还发生了什么。当他们来到卧室的时候， 'Someone's been sleeping in my bed,'said the Papa bear. “有人睡过我的床！”熊爸爸低声说。 'Someone's been sleeping in my bed, too' said the Mama bear “也有人睡过我的床！”熊妈妈接着说。 'Someone's been sleeping in my bed and she's still there!' exclaimed Baby bear. “还有人正在我的床上睡觉！”熊宝宝惊叫道。 Just then, Goldilocks woke up and saw the three bears. She screamed, 'Help!' 就在这时，金发姑娘醒了过来，看见三只熊，尖叫了起来：“救命啊！” And she jumped up and ran out of the room. Goldilocks ran down the stairs, opened the door, and ran away into the forest. 她立刻跳下了床，逃离了房间。她跑下楼梯，打开门，向森林里跑去。 And she never returned to the home of the three bears. 从此，她再也没有来过三只熊的家。 |
