民族学与人类学 Exploration on Evaluation Index System of National Unity and Progress Building Activities 【作者简介】陈鲁雁，教授，博士生导师，云南民族大学党委书记。 【基金项目】国家民委民族理论政策研究基地一般项目“民族团结进步考核评价指标体系研究”（2017-GMG-029）阶段成果。 【Abstract】Creating national unity and progress is not only an important part in correctly solving national problems with Chinese characteristics but also of great significance for enhancing cohesion and solidarity of the Chinese nation. National unity and progress building activities are an effective carrier for the national work. Therefore, creating the evaluation index system is necessary for further guiding and promoting national unity and progress building activities. Based on the relative theories of national unity and progress and national affairs governance, it must be constructed according to different types and characteristics, combining the goal of building activities and following the principle of putting people first and integrating the qualities of being comprehensive with systematic, scientific with practicable, qualitative with quantitative. 【Keywords】national unity and progress，theory, building, practice, evaluation index 【摘要】开展民族团结进步创建是中国特色解决民族问题正确道路的重要组成部分，对于增强中华民族凝聚力向心力意义重大。民族团结进步创建活动是做好民族工作的有效载体、有力抓手，建立对其进行评价的指标体系，对规范、引导和推动民族团结进步创建活动的深入发展十分必要。必须结合创建活动的目标，以民族团结进步以及民族事务治理的相关理论为依据；遵循系统性、科学性、差异性、可操作性和动态性原则，根据不同类型、特点来构建民族团结进步创建活动的评价指标体系。 【关键词】民族团结进步；理论；创建；实践；评价指标 民族团结是我国各族人民的生命线。我国的民族团结进步创建，是推进民族团结进步事业的有效抓手和载体。开展民族团结进步创建是中国特色解决民族问题正确道路的重要组成部分，对于增强中华民族凝聚力向心力意义重大。构建民族团结进步创建活动评价指标体系，旨在探究出一套在全国范围内普遍适用，能全面系统、客观公正、准确有效地对各类民族团结进步创建活动开展考核评价的指标体系，并通过《指标体系》的转化应用有力促进民族团结进步创建活动深入、扎实、顺利开展。 编辑说明：原文来源于《云南民族大学学报》（哲学社会科学版）2018年第1期。原文和图片版权归作者和原单位所有。篇幅原因，注释从略。 编 辑：刘荣 吴鹏 贾淑凤 编辑助理：张智林 李宗朋 |
