影视｜The Curious Case of Benjamin Button：逆生长的奇幻人生

初中那会儿，我特别喜欢CCTV-6的一档节目——每周六晚的“佳片有约”。而每周一部电影，也成了那时忙碌的学习生活中最爱的习惯。通过这档节目，我有幸结缘生命中不可多得的好电影，包括影响我至深的《本杰明·巴顿奇事》（The Curious Case of Benjamin Button，又译《返老还童）。

初中时代，迟于23点入睡简直是无法想象的大事，而那天晚上我一直在电视前守到了午夜，直至这部接近3小时的影片结束。我迎来难眠之夜，一闭上眼，眼泪便禁不住涌出。

故事的主人公本杰明一出生就长着一副老头模样，满脸皱纹，全身器官衰竭无力，看着特别瘆人，他的母亲难产而死，父亲则因其样貌遗弃了他。所幸，有个善良的黑人妇女收养了他，并将他养育成人。他的成长历程异常坎坷，就如同钟表匠在火车站建的那座时针逆行的大钟，时间在他的生命中开始逆行......

Our lives are defined by opportunities.

Sometimes we`re on a collision course and we just don`t know it . Whether it`s by accident or by design , there`s not a thing we can do about it .

You know, you might`ve got a few more years out of it, but you chose to do something so special and unique that there was only a short window of time you could do it. So, even if nothing ever happened, you'd still be right here where you are now .

要知道，你可能还有几年时间，但你选择要做的事如此独特，只有很短一段时间能做。即便什么也没发生过，你也仍会待在这里——你现在待的地方。

For what it’s worth, it’s never too late. Or in my case, too early. To be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There’s no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it.

一件事只要值得，都不嫌晚。或者，对我来说，都不嫌早。成为你想成为的那个人。没有时间限制，想停随时可停。你可以改变，也可以维持现状。没有规则束缚。我们可以做好也可以搞砸。我希望你能做好。

I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you are not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.

我希望你能驻足这个令你惊叹的世界，体会从未有过的感觉，遇见观点不同的人，有一个值得自豪的人生。如果你发现都没做到，希望你有勇气从头再来。
