1）Life is too short to waste any amount of time

on wondering what other people think about you.

In the first place, if they had better things going on in their lives,

they wouldn't have the time to sit around and talk about you.

What's important to me is not others' opinions of me,

but what's important to me is my opinion of myself.

生命太短暂了，不要浪费太多的时间去思考别人对你的看法。

首先，如果他们生活中有更好的事情，他们就没有时间坐下来谈论你。

对我来说重要的不是别人对我的看法，而是我对自己的看法。

2）When you're different, sometimes you don't see the millions of people

who accept you for what you are.

All you notice is the person who doesn't.

当你与别人不一样时，

3）I am my own biggest critic.

Before anyone else has criticized me, I have already criticized myself.

But for the rest of my life, I am going to be with me

and I don't want to spend my life with someone who is always critical.

So I am going to stop being my own critic.

From now on, I will accept all the great things about me.

4）Don’t sacrifice yourself too much,

because if you sacrifice too much

there’s nothing else you can give

and nobody will care for you.

5）Dare to love yourself

as if you were a rainbow

with gold at both ends.

6）As I began to love myself I refused to go on living

in the past and worrying about the future.

Now, I only live for the moment,

where everything is happening.

Today I live each day, day by day,

and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.
