失眠者:我过去认为失眠有害,所以晚上醒着时,很恐惧,很着急。然后越恐惧着急越睡不着,恐惧中醒一夜,第二天疲惫不堪。
Insomniac: I used to think that insomnia was harmful, thus when awake at night, I felt much fear and very anxious. Then, the more fear of being anxious to sleep, the more difficult to sleep.. Finally,fearfully awake overnight, felt exhausted in the next day.

 

后来,我遇到睡眠大侠,他说失眠无害,有害的是失眠这个概念所带来的恐惧。

我觉得他不靠谱,像个疯子。
Later, I encountered Sleep Hero. He said insomnia is harmless, harm comes from the concept of insomnia itself. I took him as a madman, not reliable.

 

他说,你可以做两个实验:有恐惧醒一夜和无恐惧的醒一夜。
He told, you can do two experiments: fearfully awake all night and fearlessly awake all night.

 

你做了这个实验,你就会明白,失眠无害,有害的是失眠这个概念所带来的恐惧。
After doing these two experiments, you will understand that insomnia is harmless, harm comes from the concept of insomnia itself.

 

我按他说的做了这样两个实验:有恐惧地清醒一夜和无恐惧地清醒一夜。
I completed these two experiments as he told: fearfully awake all night and fearlessly awake all night.

 

我发现无恐惧的醒一夜真的和睡着效果差不多,第二天精神不错;有恐惧的醒一夜,第二天疲惫不堪。
I found that the effect of fearlessly awake all night is almost the same as sleep all night.  The mental condition is not bad. Fearfully awake all night, feel exhausted in the next day.

 

我现在彻底明白,失眠无害,再也不怕失眠了。

Now , thoroughly ,I understand that insomnia is harmless,I have no any insomnia any more.

 

我觉得你要真正明白“失眠无害”这个事实,你就必须亲自实验,没实验真的不会明白。
I think that if you really wanna understand the fact 'insomnia is harmless' ,you have to do experiment personally. It is hard to understand without experiment.

 

我是曹英波,我研究睡眠8年,我以“睡眠大侠”的称呼帮助失眠者。我解决失眠不用药,不催眠,不用一切仪器。我只告诉失眠者“失眠无害”就可解决失眠。

In 2017 year, my target is to end the insomnia all over the world. I plan to publish a book called 'one second to cure insomnia' and a serial video with 50 episodes called 'one second to cure insomnia' ,finally, to solve the problem of insomnia around the world. Currently, 'one second to cure insomnia' ,the articles and videos in different languages have been released to the worldwide major platforms.

 

目前,我已经帮助了很多大学生、医科大学学生、农民、医生、企业家、金融投资者、公职人员、警察、军人、海外华人等改善了睡眠,解决了失眠。他们大多经历了医生,心理咨询师,中医,运动,睡眠仪,瑜伽,偏方、静坐等,最后无奈了,遇到我而解决。

At present, I have helped many college students, students in medicine major, farmers, doctors, entrepreneurs, financial investors, government officials, polices, soldiers, overseas Chinese etc. improve their sleep and cure the insomnia. Most of them experienced consulting a doctor, psychological counselor, Chinese medicine, sports, sleep instrument, yoga, remedies, meditation, but finally helpless. Their insomnia cured by me eventually.

 

 

 

我不是医生,不是心理咨询师,我不会治病,我也不会解决心理问题。我解决失眠时,我没把它当病,没把它当心理问题。我只是让失眠者实验体验了“失眠无害”,失眠就1秒解决了。
I am not a doctor, not a psychological counselor. I am not able to cure disease, either psychological problems. I scure the insomnia without taking it as a disease or a psychological problem. I just help the insomnia experiment experience of 'insomnia is harmless',  and finally cure the insomnia within one second

 

 

解决失眠你只需要做两实验:有恐惧地清醒一夜和无恐惧地清醒一夜。
To cure the insomnia ,you only need to do two experiments: fearfully awake all night and fearlessly awake all night.

 

 

 

一个实验是你认为失眠有害,你带着“失眠有害”的信念清醒一夜。你晚上在床上醒着的时候,你害怕失眠的危害,所以你恐惧,你恐惧地醒一夜,看一下第二天的身体状态如何。

One experiment: you think that insomnia is harmful. You take faith that insomnia is harmful, sober overnight. You are awake on bed at night, afraid of the harm from insomnia. So you fear, you fear to be awake during night. To see how is your physical condition in the next day.

 

另一个实验是你认为失眠无害,你带着“失眠无害”的信念清醒一夜。你晚上在床上醒着的时候,你不害怕醒着,你无恐惧地醒一夜,看一下第二天的身体状态如何。

The other experiment : you think that insomnia is harmless . You take faith that insomnia is harmless, sober overnight. You are awake on bed at night, you are not afraid to be awake, you are awake without fear all night. To see how is your physical condition in the next day.

 

做完实验你会发现,有恐惧地醒一夜,第二天疲惫不堪;无恐惧地醒一夜,第二天精神状态和睡着了一样好。
After doing the experiment ,you will find that you will be exhausted the next day to be awake fearfully all night. To be awake all night without fear, the mental condition is almost the same as sleep all night.  

 

实际上,只要丝毫没有恐惧的话,你很难清醒一夜。不害怕醒着你就不会一直醒着。不害怕失眠,你就不会失眠。

Actually, as long as there is no any fear, it is difficult to be awake all night. Don’t be afraid to be awake ,you will not always be awake. Don’t be afraid of insomnia, you will not have insomnia.

 

 

这个实验就证明了醒着无害,失眠无害,有害的是恐惧。
This experiment proved that awake is harmless, insomnia is harmless, harm comes from fear.

 

 

既然醒着无害,你晚上醒着的时候,也就是失眠的时候,你就不必恐惧,不必紧张,不必去解决醒着问题。

Since awake is harmless, when you awake at night,which is called insomnia, you don’t have to fear, you don’t have to be nervous, you don’t have to solve the awake problem.

 

因为醒着无害,失眠无害,你还解决什么问题呢?那么失眠就这样已经解决了。

Because awake is harmless, insomnia is harmless, so what any problem you have to solve? Then, insomnia is cured.  

失眠有害才需要解决失眠。失眠无害,你解决它干什么呢?

Only once insomnia is harmful, it is necessary to cure . Since insomnia is harmless, why you need to cure it?

晚上醒着时,你随意地做着什么,心中毫无恐惧。

When awake at night, think freely, without fear in heart.

 

有人说你说失眠无害为何我失眠久了就受到伤害?是恐惧伤害你。

Some people may ask, you told that insomnia is harmless, why was I hurt by long term insomnia? What hurt you is FEAR.

 

伤害你的一直是恐惧。你一直是在恐惧中醒着。假如你没有恐惧就没有伤害。

你恐惧什么呢?你恐惧失眠。现在你通过两个实验证明了“失眠无害”,你就不恐惧失眠了。

不恐惧失眠你就不会失眠。你的失眠也就解决了。
What hurt you has always been fear. You've been always awake in fear. If you have no fear, there will be no hurt. What do you fear?  You fear insomnia. Now you proved that 'insomnia is harmless' by two experiments. You will not fear insomnia. Once not fear insomnia ,you will not have insomnia. Your insomnia is cured.

 

有人说,那我晚上失眠的时候怎么办?我告诉你,没有失眠了,因为失眠无害,那就没有失眠了,只有醒着。

Some people may say that what to do when I have insomnia during night? I tell you, there is no insomnia. Because insomnia is harmless, then there is no insomnia, only awake.

 

醒着就是活着啊,人活着能干什么,你晚上醒着就能干什么。因为醒着是一种正常的状态,醒着是一种正常的活着。

Awake is alive, when awake during night, people can do whatever he can do same as when alive. Because awake is a normal state, awake is a normal alive.

 

你晚上想干什么干什么,不要管什么失眠的事情,不要管醒到几点,一点都不要管。能醒着,那就醒着,人生有多了一点清醒的时光,想干嘛干嘛,什么都可以。

Do whatever you want to do at night, regardless of insomnia ,regardless what time it is. Don’t care anything about the time. If awake, then awake, more sober time for life. Do whatever you wanna do,anything!

 

有人说,要是我一直醒着怎么办?我告诉你,假如你什么都不管,你在床上,想想什么想什么,没有恐惧,过一会儿就能睡着;你就算没睡着,你醒着,你没有恐惧地醒着,它和睡着的效果是一样的。
Some people may say that what to do if always awake? I tell you, if you don’t care about anything, lying on bed, thinking freely, no fear. After a while, you will fall asleep; Even though you don’t fall asleep, you awake, you don’t fear to be awake. The effect is the same as to sleep.

 

假如说你实在不放心的话,我告诉你,那你就坐着,在床上坐着,想想什么想什么,但是不要恐惧,坐着就对了;困了躺下保持清醒,你就这样就可以了。无恐惧地醒着坐着,无恐惧地醒着躺着,它和睡眠的效果是一模一样的。
If you still doubt, I tell you, then you sit, sit on bed, think freely, but don’t fear, just sit there; Lay down if sleepy keeping sober, just be like this. Sit without fear,lay down without fear, the effect is almost the same as sleep.   

 

失眠是什么?

失眠就是失眠这个概念所带来的恐惧。

没有失眠这个概念就没有这个恐惧;没有这个恐惧就没有危害。

What is insomnia?

Insomnia is the fear comes from the concept itself.

There is no fear if no the concept of insomnia; there is no harm if no this fear.

 

失眠是个没有问题的问题。只是因为你认为自己有问题而有问题。

当你明白失眠无害的时候,你就明白过去解决问题的行动都是笑话。

Insomnia is a problem without problem actually. Just a problem that you think you have problem.

When you understand that insomnia is harmless, you understand that the action to solve the problem in the past is a joke.

 

 

解决失眠是一种避免失眠危害的行为。

因为失眠无害,所以,避害行为就是无事生事,避害行为是庸人自扰。

避害行为就是危害。没有避害行为就没有危害。

Curing insomnia is an action to avoid harm resulting from insomnia

Because insomnia is harmless, so ,to avoid harm is to create something not existing; to avoid harm is to trouble yourself!

To avoid harm is a harm. No harm ,if not to avoid harm!
