今天要讲的是被拿背后的一种简单逃脱方法。


被对手拿背,首先要防对手裸绞,也就是说首先要保护脖子。下巴收紧,一只手拉住对手想要裸绞的手臂,另一只手保护头部。然后做起桥,头移到对手身体的一侧。


这里要注意一点,起桥后你的头一定要向对手不是裸绞手臂那个方向去,否则很容易被对手裸绞。起桥,向后仰头的过程中要注意收紧下巴。身体转移到对手的一侧后,压住对手,让他不那么容易做动作。


接下来用手把对手搭在自己腿上的腿拉走,接着胯部也逃出来。胯部逃出来后切莫转身逃跑,一定要面向对手。因为你转身跑的话对手很容易再次拿到你的背。转身逃跑是很多人容易犯的错误。


胯部逃脱出来后,保持虾行的动作,如果对手是个聪明人的话,他会占领上位,这时你可以用腿推开他,获得封闭式防守的位置。
