沟通（communication）是确保项目有效和高效执行的关键要素。沟通的目的是将相关工作产品提供给相关方（stakeholder），需要沟通的工作产品是在Automotive SPICE PAM中各BP所提到的工作产品。相关方至少包括：需要工作产品以开始其工作的，或者参与工作产品开发和管理的。 Automotive SPICE模型中，有如下四个有关沟通的点： 1）工程过程的V模型左边的最后一个BP是“达成一致并沟通（Agree and communication）”，其含义是对工作产品达成一致，并沟通给相关方。 2）工程过程的V模型右边的最后一个BP是“总结并沟通（Summarize and communication）”，其含义是总结测试的结果，并沟通给相关方 3）MAN.3 BP7要求建立沟通机制 4）GP2.1.5是对特定过程，定义职责和授权 [SAC.RC.1] If the BP for communication of work products (e.g. SYS.2 BP8 for agreed system requirements) is downrated or the BP for summarize and communication of test results is downrated, this should be in line with the rating of the indicator GP 2.1.7. 如果沟通工作产品的BP（如：SYS.2 BP8 系统需求达成一致并沟通）被降低评价，或者总结测试结果并沟通给相关方的BP被降低评价，则对应过程的GP2.1.7需要与之相一致 [SAC.RC.2] If there is evidence that necessary information is not provided to all relevant stakeholders, the indicator for 'communicate agreed…' and/or the indicator for 'summarize and communicate…' should be downrated. 如果有证据表明必要的信息没有沟通给所有的相关方，则沟通工作产品的BP，或者总结测试结果并沟通的BP需要降低评价 [SAC.RL.1] If there are evidences that work products are communicated but not agreed, the respective indicator for communicate must not be rated higher thanP 如果有证据表明工作产品有沟通但没有“达成一致”，则对应BP的评分不能高于P（适用于V模型左边的工程过程） 总结和沟通（summarize and communicate…）中的 '总结（summarize）'意味着测试结果被收集、整理、汇总并文档化，以满足相关方的信息需要，需要包括： a) 执行测试的数量（Number of performed tests） b) 发现缺陷的测试所占比例（Percentage of failedtests） c) 未执行测试的数量（Number of test cases thatwere skipped） d) 未执行的理由（Reasons for cancellation） e) 例外情况（Exceptions） f) 测试结果异常情况（Abnormal test results） [SAC.RL.2] If test results are not summarized appropriately to cover the aspects a) and b), the respective indicator for 'summarize and communicate…' must not be rated higher than P. 如果测试结果的汇总中没有包括上述提到的a)和b)，则对应BP的评价不能高于P [SAC.RC.3] If test results are not summarized appropriately to cover the aspects above, the respective indicator for'summarize and communicate…' should be downrated. 如果测试结果的汇总中没有包括上述各项，则对应BP的评价需要降低 [SAC.RC.4] If automated emailing is used to inform all project participants about status changes of work products, the respective indicator for communicate should not be downrated. 如果使用自动发邮件的方式将工作产品的变更状态通知给项目成员，则对应BP的评价不应降低 [SAC.RC.5] If automated emailing is used to inform all project participants about status changes of work products and evidence is gathered that emails are systematically not read, the respective indicator for communicate should be downrated. 如果使用自动发邮件的方式将工作产品的变更状态通知给项目成员，但有证据表明邮件总是被忽略，则应降低对应BP的评价 [SAC.RC.6] If automated emailing is used to inform all project participants about status changes of work products without customizing to meet the specific information needs communicated by the project participants, the indicator GP 2.1.7 for the respective process should be downrated. 如果使用自动发邮件的方式将工作产品的变更状态通知给项目成员，但却没有根据项目成员的特定信息需求而进行定制，则应降低对应过程GP2.1.7的评价 【作者简介】杨环宇（Thomas Yang） |
