Applicationsorinmannernotincompliancewiththeinstructionssetforthherein.
●IntheeventofusingtheSankenProductsbyeither(i)combiningotherproductsormaterialsorboththerewithor(ii)physically,
chemicallyorotherwiseprocessingortreatingorboththesame,youmustdulyconsiderallpossiblerisksthatmayresultfromall
suchusesinadvanceandproceedtherewithatyourownresponsibility.
●AlthoughSankenismakingeffortstoenhancethequalityandreliabilityofitsproducts,itisimpossibletocompletelyavoidthe
occurrenceofanyfailureordefectorbothinsemiconductorproductsatacertainrate.Youmusttake,atyourownresponsibility,
preventativemeasuresincludingusingasufficientsafetydesignandconfirmingsafetyofanyequipmentorsystemsin/forwhich
theSankenProductsareused,upondueconsiderationofafailureoccurrencerateandderating,etc.,inordernottocauseany
humaninjuryordeath,fireaccidentorsocialharmwhichmayresultfromanyfailureormalfunctionoftheSankenProducts.

●Noanti-radioactiveraydesignhasbeenadoptedfortheSankenProducts.
●Thecircuitconstant,operationexamples,circuitexamples,patternlayoutexamples,designexamples,recommendedexamples,all

RoHSDirective,soastobeinstrictcompliancewithsuchapplicablelawsandregulations.

includingtheU.S.ExportAdministrationRegulations(EAR)andtheForeignExchangeandForeignTradeActofJapan,and
