华为CE交换通过BIOS清除Console口密码

CE12800/CE6800/CE5800系列产品V100R001C00或更高版本。

CE7800系列产品V100R003C00或更高版本。

CE8800系列产品V100R006C00或更高版本。

CE12800E系列产品V200R002C50或更高版本。

组网需求

用户的Console口登录密码遗忘导致登录不了设备时，可以通过BIOS菜单清除Console口用户登录密码。

如图2-3所示，设备与用户侧主机PC相连。

注意事项

通过BIOS清除Console口密码，有以下注意事项：

• 对于CE12800&12800E系列产品，Mini USB/Micro USB口和Console口功能相同，本例也可使用Mini USB/Micro USB口。使用Mini USB/Micro USB时，需要先在PC上安装Mini USB/Micro USB口的驱动程序，并使Mini USB/Micro USB线缆将PC和设备相连。
• 本例实物图是以CE12800系列产品举例。对于CE5800&6800系列产品，请依据实际产品接口进行连线。
• 通过BIOS清除Console口密码后，通过Console口登录时不需要认证。但是该配置只针对此次启动的设备有效，当设备再次启时通过Console口登录时仍然需认证。建议用户通过BIOS清除Console口密码后及时修改Console口密码，并保存配置。

配置思路

通过BIOS清除Console口密码的配置思路如下：

1. 通过Console口登录连接设备。重启设备，进入BIOS菜单。
2. 选择修改Console口用户登录密码选项，清除Console口密码后继续启动设备。
3. 设备完成启动后，修改Console口密码，为了防止设备重启后配置丢失，保存设备的配置。

操作步骤

1. 通过Console口连接设备。
2. 重启设备，在设备出现以下提示信息时按Ctrl+B，进入BIOS主菜单。

Starting ...

Press CTRL+B to enter BIOS menu or CTRL+E to boot DFX: 1 //在3秒内按Ctrl+B系统会进入BIOS菜单，超出3秒系统会继续启动。

Password: //输入BIOS菜单的密码。

BIOS Menu (Version: 126)

1. Continue to boot

2. Update from serial interface

3. Update from ethernet interface

4. Modify startup parameters

5. File system

6. Modify BIOS password

7. Modify console password

8. Reboot

说明：

按下Ctrl+B后，用户需要输入密码才可以进入BIOS菜单。初始密码为[e-mail]。

在BIOS主菜单中，选择第7项，修改Console口用户登录密码。

1. Continue to boot

2. Update from serial interface

3. Update from ethernet interface

4. Modify startup parameters

5. File system

6. Modify BIOS password

7. Modify console password

8. Reboot

在修改Console口用户登录密码中，选择y后，设备将会继续启动。

设备完成启动后，通过Console口登录时不需要认证，并且登录后及时修改Console口密码。

不同版本修改Console口密码的方式不同：

为了防止重启后配置丢失，保存配置。

不同版本保存配置文件的提示信息不同：

完成上述配置。后续登录设备，用户可以使用新密码通过Console登录。
