Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

It is better to relax by a movie or reading a book than doing physical exercise. Do you agree?

 

Relaxation counts.The world has already been a busy and crowded one full of quick rhythm and high-pressure which drives its dwellers to work hard but live in hardship . So various suggestion on how to relax humans is always proposed-for example some choosing to do sedentary activities while some choosing some athletic modes. Based on a  thorough study and  consideration , engaging some physical activities to relax will be my first choice.

 

First , in order to be relaxed physically wholly ,doing some physical exercise rather than doing some sedentary activities like reading or watching will be the first choice.  Why physically relaxed counts?Some studies conducted by scientists in the past decades have indicated a certain hormone will be secreted during the course of doing exercises and magically this chemical material will make humans excited and comfortable. And practicably ,for us in daily life , we strongly get the life experience that after some intense sports games like a 90-minute football game , we are fully tired but meanwhile we are fully relaxed . On the contrary , staying at home just reading or watching a movie sharply lacks the opportunity to get physical relaxation .

 

 

Second , a better and vital state of relaxation by sharing happiness will be achieved by doing sports not by reading a book .

 

 

 

Last ,medication which soothes one’s soul , makes one peace , and purifies one will be better provided by doing sports .
