I want to rent a furnished house. 我想租个有家具的房子。 2、想知道屋内是否有独立卫浴或洗衣机等家居家电，可以问房主： Does each room have ……? Do you have …… in the house? 例如： Does each room have a private bath? 每个房间都有独立卫浴吗？ Do you have a washing machine in the house? 3、想知道房子多大，可以问： How many square feet is that/this ……? 例如： How many square feet is that apartment? 那套公寓有多少平方？ 4、如果想租一套靠海的房子或是面朝大海的房间，可以问： Does this room face to the sea？ 这间房能看到海吗？ Which room is toward the sea? 哪间房朝向大海？ 5、想知道房子附近的交通如何，可以问： How about the traffic around this suite？ 这套房周边交通怎么样？ 6、询问租金： What's the rent on that？ 租金多少？ What is included in the rent?  情景小剧场 A 房主 B 租客 Dialogue A
