China Central Place, covering a total floorage of 1,000,000 ㎡, with a total investment of RMB 10 billion, is a high-end urban complex consists of diversified architectural forms, e.g. super Class-A office buildings,5-star hotels, high-end commercial buildings, international apartment and central plaza. Since China Central Place started operation, it soon became a world-class business district in Beijing. It upgraded the level of the downtown area, promoted the expansion of the CBD of Beijing to the city's Eastern area, profoundly changed the city pattern of Beijing and created a new international landmark for Beijing.

The occupancy rate in office buildings remains around 99% annually. China Central Place is also an attractive place for gourmets in the city. There are more 100 restaurants here, e.g. NOBU, DADONG and Beijing Parade, serving both Chinese cuisine and Western-style food to customers.
