Teachers are professionals who deliver knowledge , inspire mind , cultivate skills for their students. Essentially speaking, teachers are not actors who enjoy the wide popularity (定义法). Still, the aspect of being well-loved-popularity or and one core of teaching , effectiveness of leading students learning are not incompatible （B C 要素不矛盾）. In other words , these two aspects before-mentioned could live well with each in a teacher for the following analysis.（完全扣题）

First , for students of poor academic records who seriously lack confidence ,a popular teacher can always equip them with confidence to make solid progress（引入细节的中心句）. In reality , it is not difficult to find that , due to the much less satisfying academics ,those student-group mentioned above are easily to be looked down upon .And the worse consequent for this , those students despised will lose the trust in themselves .And things will differ when these popular teacher get them instructed-he may ，for example ,demonstrate an approachable facial expression ,（请学会使用插入语） give warm -hearted suggestion , as well as make the detached comments for his homework -all combined together will get rid of the inferiority complex of this group.
