ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire needlecombined with Linggui Bafa for post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomlydivided into an observation group and a control group with 60 cases each. Forobservation group, fire needle was applied to prick Zúsānlǐ (足三里 ST 36),Yánglíngqúan (阳陵泉 GB 34),Taìchōng (太冲 LR 3), Sānyīnjiāo(三阴交 SP 6) andpartial Ashi points around the lesion, and Linggui Bafa wascombined to perform acupuncture therapy, once every other day, 10 times as acourse of treatment; for the control group, only fire needle was applied. After2 courses of treatment, the comparison of the value of visual analogue scale(VAS) and the total effective rate for the two groups were carried out. Results The VAS value of the observation group aftertreatment was obviously lower than that before treatment (2.28±2.08 vs6.12±1.96) and that of the control group (2.28±2.08 vs 3.62±2.90), there weresignificant differences (all P<0.01). The total effective rate of theobservation group was obviously higher than that of the control group [93.3%(56/60) vs 76.7% (46/60)], the difference between the two groups wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of fire needle combined with LingguiBafa for PHN is obviously superior to that of single fire needle therapy.

[摘要] 目的：观察火针配合灵龟八法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：120例患者随机分为观察组60例，对照组60例。观察组应用火针点刺足三里、阳陵泉、太冲、三阴交及病灶周围的局部阿是穴，并结合灵龟八法予以毫针治疗，隔日1次，10次为一疗程；对照组单纯应用火针治疗。治疗2个疗程后对两组的视觉模拟评分（VAS）值和治疗总有效率进行比较。结果：观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于治疗前（2.28±2.08 vs6.12±1.96）和对照组治疗后（2.28±2.08 vs 3.62±2.90），差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.01）；观察组的总有效率[93.3%（56/60）]明显高于对照组[76.7%（46/60）]，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：火针配合灵龟八法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著，优于仅用火针治疗。
