1、Oil water separator filter tank T3 holed and leaking. Has been repaired with liquid steel type material and painted over. No evidence that defect reported to Class.(油水分离器筒体洞穿,用铁水泥先修复后重新刷漆,但没有向船级社报告)

首先,发现有油水分离器壳体自修过,落实——缺陷1
接着,根据这种维护状态,让船员演示油水分离器运转实验,发现15ppm报警故障,落实——陷3
此后,拆检排油电磁阀和舷外排出阀,落实——缺陷2,确认缺陷
