注1：邮政账户(安全电子邮箱数码账户，用作接发电子信息)由机构建议，外文简写名称为组成部份，如邮政账户是为机构内部组织或人员开设，可以加入”.”及内部组织简写或邮政账户持有人代号。例如：it.xyzcompany 或chantaiman.xyzcompany. 倘邮政账户是为人员开设，则需填写《安全电子邮箱机构邮政账户申请表附页》并与此表格一同递交。
Note 1: SEPBox ID (digital identification of each Secure Electronic Postal Box, used also for the sending and delivery of electronic messages) is indicated by the Organization, and shall be composed by the abbreviation of the Organization name. If SEPBox ID is destined for a Unit/Subunit/Branch or personnel of the Organization, a dot (“.”) and an abbreviation of that Unit/Subunit/Branch or person can be added. For example: it.xyzcompany or chantaiman.xyzcompany. If SEPBox ID is destined for personnel of the Organization, a «Organizational SEPBox ID Supplementary Application Form›› needs to be filled and submitted together with this form.
注2：邮政账户只支持字母A至Z及数字0至9, 邮政账户长度最多为25字。
Note 2: SEPBox ID can only be composed by letters from A to Z and digits from 0 to 9, and cannot exceed in total 25 characters.
注3：每一安全电子邮箱均对应一个唯一的邮政账户，邮政账户将跟据申请人递交之文件所述之名称所组成，唯邮电局保留核实及拒绝该等文件所述之名称的权利。
Note 3: To each SEPBox corresponds to a unique SEPBox ID. SEPBox ID will be composed in accordance with the indications of the applicant. CTT reserves the right to verify the correspondence between the elements of the composition of SEPBox ID and the documents submitted by the applicant, and not accept the application.
在申请或使用邮电局安全电子邮箱前，务请细阅本登记协议〔下称“协议”〕之条款及细则。如不同意本协议之条款及细则，请勿申请、接受或使用邮电局安全电子邮箱。登记人递交、邮寄或呈交安全电子邮箱的申请要求时，即表示登记人承认已阅读并明白本协议之条款及细则，亦充分知悉登记人及利益攸关者须遵守的义务和责任。
YOU MUST READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT), BEFORE APPLYING FOR, ACCEPTING OR USING A CTT SECURE ELECTRONIC POSTAL BOX. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT, DO NOT APPLY FOR, ACCEPT OR USE A CTT SECURE ELECTRONIC POSTAL BOX.
By submitting, sending or presenting Secure Electronic Postal Box request, subscriber recognizes having read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and have full and complete aknowledge of the obligations and liabilities subscribers and relying parties are subject to.
申请人协议及声明 Agreement and declaration by applicant
1. 本人代表本机构在此向邮电局申请开设安全电子邮箱；
We, the above-specified Organization, hereby subscribe Secure Electronic Postal Box of CTT, to be attributed by CTT, for the use of the abovementioned Organization, in which it is considered included the use of the Authorized Users, as shown on his (their) identification document(s), as stated in the supplementary application form (s).
2. 本人确认此申请表格及附上之所有数据均为真实及正确；
We hereby confirm that the information declared in this application form and supplementary application form (s) is true and correct in all aspects.
3. 本法人已经阅读及明白邮电局《安全电子邮箱登记协议》条款及细则，并同意及接受该协议的约束。
We hereby declare that we have obtained, read, understood and accept to observe and be bound to the terms and conditions of SEPBox Subscription Agreement.
4. 本法人已经阅读及明白邮电局《收集及处理个人数据政策声明》条款及细则，并同意及接受该声明。
We hereby declare that we have obtained, read, understood and accept the terms and conditions of the Personal Data Declaration of Recollection and Treatment Policy .
5. 本人代表本机构同意以上的数据可以递交予邮电局作申请安全电子邮箱用途。
We accept that the information obtained in this application form be transferred to CTT, for the purpose of subscription for Secure Electronic Postal Box.
1. 标的 OBJECT
1.1 安全电子邮箱是一项由邮电局透过使用其信息系统所提供的服务。
Secure Electronic Postal Box is a service provided by CTT, using for that purpose its own electronic system.
1.2安全电子邮箱是一电子邮政信箱由邮电局免费提供，容许持有人安全地接电子讯息及执行相关的其它功能及服务。
Secure Electronic Postal Box is an electronic postal box application, provided for free by CTT, which enables the holder to receive, through electronic and secure ways, electronic messages, and use other associated functions and services.
1.3 申请安全电子邮箱即表示完全接受并不限制本协议之条款及细则。
Subscription of Secure Electronic Postal Box implies full acceptance, without any restrictions, of the Subscription Agreement.
2. 使用 USE
2.1 登记人在完成相关登记、身份认证及启动程序后，才会获发一安全电子邮箱。
Secure Electronic Postal Box will be provided after the respective registration, identity authentication and activation have been completed.
2.2使用安全电子邮箱的权利不确保拥有使用与其相关之功能及服务的权利，但可透过订立新合同(当中包括手续及特定条款及细则)，以免费或付款方式(视乎个案而定)使用与安全电子邮箱相关的一些特定功能及服务。
The use of certain associated functions and services of Secure Electronic Postal Box, for free or in return for payment, as the case may be, may depend on the conclusion of new agreements, with different procedures, terms and conditions, whereupon the right to use Secure Electronic Postal Box does not automatically assure the right to use any other associated function or service.
2.3 除非登记人事先删除，所有电子讯息将被储存于安全电子邮箱内并由接收日起计，为期最少三年。邮电局保留删除储存于安全电子邮箱内多于三年的电子讯息之权利。
Except in case of previous elimination by the subscriber, all electronic messages will be stored in Secure Electronic Postal Box for at least three years, counting from its reception, and CTT reserves the right to delete electronic messages from that date on.
2.4 邮电局保留单方厘定及修改每一电子讯息之容量及安全电子邮箱之储存容量限定。
CTT reserves the right to unilaterally fix and amend the capacity limit of each electronic message and the storage capacity of the Secure Electronic Mail Box.
2.5倘若登记人为机构时，任何以安全电子邮箱进行的操作或讯息的发送将被示作以机构身份进行并对该等行为负责。
If subscriber is an organization, the organization will be considered as the author and responsible for any acts and actions practiced, and for goods and services acquired, or contacts concluded, in sequence of the use of Secure Electronic Postal Box.
3. 登记人义务 SUBSCRIBER OBLIGATIONS
申请安全电子邮箱时，即表示登记人﹕
By applying and accepting a Secure Electronic Mail Box, the subscriber:
3.1 接受本协议各条款及细则的约束。
Accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and its possible amendments.
3.2 接受按适用的法律及规章性规定使用安全电子邮箱，并只作经授权的合法用途。
Accepts to use Secure Electronic Postal Box according to the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, and exclusively for authorized and licit purposes.
3.3 接受安全电子邮箱只供登记人使用。
Accepts that Secure Electronic Postal Box is intended for his own use.
3.4接受对安全电子邮箱之使用，即使是由经授权或未经授权的第三者所作出之使用，完全和独自承担责任。
Accepts that the use of Secure Electronic Postal Box is for his own responsibility, even in case it is used by third parties, with or without authorization.
3.5接受采取所有谨慎和必要的预防措施，对其安全电子邮箱的登入账户、密码及启动数据作出全面保密，并对任何因其失责而致的后果完全和独自承担责任。
Accepts to take all prudent and necessary precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Secure Electronic Postal Box password, username and activation data, and to take complete and sole responsibility for all consequences that may arise from any failure to take such precautions.
3.6进一步承诺在其安全电子邮箱账户被泄露或怀疑被泄露，或出现安全电子邮箱账户应予中止或撤销的情况下，立即通知邮电局以及其它透过安全电子邮箱与之交换数据或电子讯息之相关人士。
In addition, undertakes to immediately inform CTT and the other parties with which has exchanged information or electronic messages through Secure Electronic Postal Box, in case Secure Electronic Postal Box is compromised or if there is the suspicion that it is compromised, or in any circumstance that it must be suspended or cancelled.
3.7接受在使用安全电子邮箱时，不对其服务的正常运作及他人的正常使用造成滋扰、影响、恐吓、干涉、损坏或损失。
Accepts to use Secure Electronic Postal Box in a way not to disturb, affect, threaten, interfere, damage or harm the normal functioning of the service and its normal use by third parties.
3.8接受为所有在使用安全电子邮箱时因失责维护安全电子邮箱登入数据(包括登入账户、密码及帐户启动数据)的安全性和完整性、以及安全电子邮箱之使用，或违反、不遵守或不履行本协议之条款及细则、适用的法律及规章性规定而致的损坏或损失，向邮电局作出赔偿。
Accepts to indemnify CTT for all losses and damages, including the ones caused to any person or organization, that result from the lack of protection of security and integrity of his Secure Electronic Postal Box password, username and activation data, or from the use of Secure Electronic Postal Box, as well as from any other infringement, non-observance or non-compliance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable legal and regulation provisions.
3.9接受于安全电子邮箱之登记过程中其提交的一切数据，包括代理人数据及已包含于其帐户之数据均真确无伪，且将在服务运作期间继续真确，进一步承诺如有任何更改，将立即通知邮电局。
Accepts that all information provided by him in Secure Electronic Postal Box subscription process, including the ones related with representations, are and will remain true and accurate during the operational period of it, compromising to immediately inform CTT in case of changes
3.10接受所有于安全电子邮箱的登记过程中所提供的数据及已包含于其账户之数据，没有在任何方面侵犯商标、公司名称或第三方的知識产权，从来没有并将不会用作不法用途。
Accepts that all information provided in Secure Electronic Postal Box subscription process does not infringe in any way the trademarks, company names, or any intellectual property rights of any third parties, and that were not, and neither will be, used for illicit purposes.
3.11接受当通过本系统的连结去到其它外部网站或网页时，即表示已经离开邮电局的电子系统，并且受到该等网站或网页的使用条款及私隐方针所规范，并对其使用独自负担责任。
Accepts that establishing a connection to other sites or web pages through external connections, means the exit of CTT electronic system, and it is subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those sites or web pages, and that is the only responsible for that use.
4. 邮电局之责任 RESPONSIBILITY OF CTT
邮电局承诺以合理的谨慎及能力遵守其作为安全电子邮箱服务提供者之义务。邮电局﹕
CTT compromises to use an adequate level of skill and care in exercising its obligations as the provider of Secure Electronic Postal Box service. CTT:
4.1对经安全电子邮箱接收的任何电子传输或讯息内容概不负责。同样地，邮电局亦不对任何因使用安全电子邮箱而作的任何行为或服务或订立之合约负责。
Is not responsible for the contents of any transmission or electronic messages received through Secure Electronic Postal Box. CTT is not responsible for any acts and actions carried out, goods and services acquired to third parties, or contracts concluded, in sequence of the use of Secure Electronic Postal Box.
4.2对登记人或第三者(经授权或未经授权)于安全电子邮箱方面的使用概不负责。
Is not responsible for the use of Secure Electronic Postal Box by the subscriber or any third party, with or without authorization.
4.3邮电局保留在没有预先通知的情况下，单方随时修改及更改本协议规定之权利。修改或更新时，旧版本将由邮电局安全电子邮政服务网站之新版本取代，并于新版本列明修改或更新日期。
CTT reserves the right to unilaterally review and amend the provisions of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. In that case, the previous version will be replaced by the new one in the site of Secure Electronic Postal Services of CTT, and the date of the revision or amendment will be indicated in the new version.
4.4对登记人或第三者(经授权或未经授权)因使用安全电子邮箱而致的任何损害，包括因通过邮电局电子系统的外部连结登入及使用其它实体的网站而致的任何损害概不负责。同样地，邮电局亦不为该些网站之任何有关可使用性、登入、修改及病毒感染问题，包括内含的内容及电子讯息并因之而致的任何损害，向使用安全电子邮箱的登记人或经授权或未经授权的第三者负责。
Is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of Secure Electronic Postal Box by the subscriber or third parties, with or without authorization, including the damages which may result from the access and use of other sites of other entities externally connected to CTT electronic system. CTT is not responsible, as well, before the subscriber and third parties that use Secure Electronic Postal Box, with or without authorization, for any problems related with the availability, access, alteration, and contamination of those sites, including the contents and the electronic messages contained on those sites, and for any damages that may result from it.
4.5 当登记人违反、不遵守或不履行本协议条款及细则、适用的法律及规章性规定、邮电局怀疑或证实安全电子邮箱被泄露，或被合理要求中止或撤销安全电子邮箱时，邮电局按适用的规定保留有关中止或撤销安全电子邮箱的权利。
In addition, reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Secure Electronic Postal Box when subscriber infringes, does not observe or does not comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the legal and regulatory applicable provisions, when suspects that Secure Electronic Postal Box is compromised, when the compromise is proven, or when is duly required to do so.
5. 保证 WARRANTIES
5.1在接收安全电子邮箱的登记条款及细则时，登记人向邮电局、任何人或社团保证，可信任其安全电子邮箱﹕
By accepting the subscription terms and conditions of Secure Electronic Postal Box, subscriber warrants to CTT and to any other person or organization that relies in his Secure Electronic Postal Box, that:
5.1.1自安全电子邮箱账户启动时起，仅有其持有任何维护其安全电子邮箱登入账户、登入密码及启动数据，且未经授权者亦无法存取之。
From the moment of his Secure Electronic Postal Box activation, is and will be the only person to have any password, username and activation data that protect it and no one non authorized have or will have access to it.
5.1.2其安全电子邮箱的使用只作载于本协议之条款及细则之经授权及合法用途。
Use his Secure Electronic Postal Box exclusively for authorized and licit purposes, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
5.2 邮电局保证于设立安全电子邮箱账户及操作系统时，将以适当的措施保障于任何相关运作上不犯错误。
CTT warrants that will use the adequate diligence in the creation of Secure Electronic Postal Box, as well as in the operation of the electronic system, in order to assure that there are not made, by its own, any mistakes on performing the respective operations.
6. 个人资料 PERSONAL DATA
6.1于安全电子邮箱的登记过程中获得的个人数据将经由邮电局处理并储存于邮电局的数据库内，并于本协议的范畴内作使用。
Subscriber’s personal data obtained in the subscription process will be processed and stored in a CTT’s database and are intended to be used in the scope of this Agreement.
6.2登记人授权邮电局，于邮电局其它实体及电子服务的范畴方面，使用登记人于安全电子邮箱的登记过程中提供的个人数据，但不影响登记人随时表示相反意愿之权利。
Subscriber authorizes CTT to use subscriber personal data provided in the Secure Electronic Postal Box subscription agreement, in the scope of other physical and electronic services of CTT, without prejudice of, at any time, manifest the contrary.
6.3邮电局保证遵守个人数据保护方面之法律规定。
CTT warrants the compliance of the legal rules related to personal data protection.
6.4 登记人完全明白并接受收集及处理个人数据政策声明。
Subscriber recognizes and agrees that is aware of all contents of the Personal Data Recollection and Treatment Policy Declaration and that accepts it entirely and without reserves.
6.5 基于履行法定义务，申请人的个人资料资料亦有可能转交其它有权限实体。
In compliance with a legal obligation, personal data may be communicated to the competent entities.
6.6 申请人有权依法申请查阅、更正或更新存于本局的个人资料。
Subscriber has the right of access, rectification, amendment and updating of his personal data stored by CTT.
7. 免责条款 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
邮电局明确地拒绝承担任何类型的保证责任，不论是明确或隐含的，包括但不限于适售性之隐含保证、特定目的之适用性保证和不侵犯权利之保证。邮电局不担保服务一定能满足登记人的要求及期待、也不担保服务不会受中断、对服务的及时性、错发生都不作出任何保证。邮电局对因使用本服务而获取的结果或所有从邮电局获取的信息的准确性及可信赖性都不作出任何保证。邮电局对于登记人从第三方购买的任何产品或服务，或登记人与第三方订立的合同一概不负任何保证责任。 CTT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL AND ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLICIT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CTT DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRATY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET THE SUBSCRIBER REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE, NOR MAKES ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH CTT. CTT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR ASSUMES ANY COSTS IN RESPECT TO ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED BY THE SUBSCRIBER FROM THIRD PARTIES OR CONTRACTS CONCLUDED BETWEEN THE SUBDCRIBER AND THIRD PARTIES.
8. 有效性 VALIDITY
如果本协议之任何规定在整体或部分中宣布无效或不可执行，此规定将不会影响本协议之其余部分；本协议将会视程度而作出必要修订，使本协议可执行、有效以及，与适用的法律及各方之原本意向尽可能相一致；而余下之规定将会保留全部效力及作用。
If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that provision will not affect the remainder of this Agreement; this Agreement will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make this Agreement valid, enforceable, and, to the maximum extent possible, consistent with the applicable law and with the original intentions of the parties; the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9. 适用的法律及管辖权 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1 适用于本协议的法律为澳门特别行政区的现行法律。
The law applicable to this Agreement is the one of Macao Special Administrative Region of Macao (MSAR).
9.2对本协议之诠释、有效性或执行的任何分歧，均受澳门特别行政区之法律管辖，并明示放弃接受其它法律管辖。
For any disputes related to the interpretation, validity or execution under this Agreement, it is competent MSAR’s jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
10. 语言 LANGUAGE
本协议分有中、葡、英版本。文义如有岐异，应以中文版本为准。
In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy among the versions of this Agreement in Chinese, Portuguese or English languages, it will prevail the Chinese language.
