创瑞信息公司是一家集研发、产品服务、运营和销售为一体的多元化互联网通信公司，这次新的办公室设计由博仁设计团队主持。他们的新办公室位于合肥市高新区，属于合肥市新开发区；周边环境优越，依山傍水，距离合肥蜀山4KM，步行十分钟到达水库；交通便捷，周边环布公交线路与地铁、高架。公司建筑体西南方，多为空地，视野开阔；北边是人工湖区，提供了很好的室外景色。整栋楼高20F，项目位于11F，所属中间层，建筑层高3.9米，空间完整无明显缺陷，给设计工作的展开提供良好基础。相同行业的办公室案例还有：湖南互联网广告办公室设计

Their new office, located in the high-tech zone of Hefei, is a new development zone of hefei city. The surrounding environment is superior to the mountains and rivers. It is 4KM from the hefei shu mountain and 10 minutes on foot to reach the reservoir. Convenient transportation, the surrounding ring bus line and subway, elevated. The company building southwest, mostly vacant lots, the view is open; North is the artificial lake district, which provides a good outdoor view. The whole building is 20F, the project is located at 11F, the middle layer of the building, the building layer is 3.9 meters high, the space is complete without obvious defects, and provides a good foundation for the development of the design work.
