Build Path

解决方案：

1.右键项目 build path

2.选择 configure build path

3.切换至 libraries 选项卡

4.点击 add external jars

5.找到tomcat安装路径（我的是C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0\）lib文件夹下

的servlet-api.jar，添加

6.确定 -> 完成
