How to keep healthy

Nothing is more important than to keep healthy. We should often exercise every day and have good eating habits. We try to eat a lot of vegetables. We also eat fruit and drink milk every day. We shouldn't drink coffee. Of course, we love junk food ,but we should eat it once or twice a week. Also, we should sleep nine hours every night. So you see, we should look after our health. And healthy lifestyle helps us get good grades. Good food and exercise help us to study better.

​My favorite movie
​My favorite kind of movies is comedies. I like them because they have a lot of funny conversations. They can make me relaxed and happy. My favorite movie is " Mermaid". It was made by Zhou Xingchi. When I watch it, I feel excited, because the actress, Lin Yun is my favorite goddess. She is smart. The mermaid is beautiful. The movie is about a story between a person and a mermaid. I think you should watch it too, because it can make you relaxed, too.
