由于该控制器跟任务执行时间相关,故调用maybeStartTrackingJob方法添加任务时会根据任务执行时间点插入到追踪列表中,并更新下一个要执行任务的执行时间点。 该控制器的大致实现流程: 初始化控制器时,初始化任务的deadline到期和延迟到期时发送广播的操作,动态注册这两个广播,根据接收到不同的广播执行不同的检查机制: 遍历检查任务的延迟时间是否已经到期,如果有任务的延迟时间到期并且所有的约束都得到满足时,调用mStateChangedListener监听器的onControllerStateChanged方法;
