after怎么用？

after+一段时间（模糊时间）用来表达在这段时间之后

• I'm going to buy some clothes the day after tomorrow.

  后天我要去买衣服。

• He will fly to Madrid the month after next. 

  他将在下下个月飞往马德里。

但是，“三周后”就不要用'after three weeks'了，它的正确表达应该是'in three weeks'。

in怎么用？

in+一段时间（明确时间）可以用来表达一段时间结束

• I'll find a job in two weeks.

  两周内我会找到工作

• We can have the May Day holiday in three weeks.

  三周（结束）后又可以放五一假。

• You can finish reading the book in a month.

  你可以在一个月内看完这本书。

by怎么用

by+时间表达在这个时间（结束）之前

• You need to give this to Alice by next week.
