海尔电脑板冰箱温度传感器参数查询表

  温度传感器故障率很高,日常维修中由于温度传感器的阻值随温度变化而变化,所以是否损坏在没有传感器温度与阻值对照表时,很难判断。下面以海尔冰箱使用的温度传感器为例作一说明和维修对照。

  1.传感器从参数分有两种:冷冻和冷藏参数;
  
  2.从形状分也有两种:圆形和方形;  
  
  3.冷藏蒸发器上的传感器、冷藏空间的传感器、0℃室的传感器和环境传感器的参数一样,都是冷藏传感器的参数;4.-7℃室、冷冻室和化霜传感器的参数一样,都是冷冻传感器的参数。在维修时,如果遇到传感器不正常时,可按照表3进行查询,用适当的电阻进行暂时替换,看故障是否排除,以此判断传感器是否损坏。

  在0℃和-20℃时传感器的电阻值应符合表1所列阻值(如异常,则说明传感器损坏),传感器的B值应符合表2要求,传感器冷藏参数见表3,冷冻参数见表4。
