现在在众泰汽车旗下的新品牌：君马汽车，担任SQE外饰经理一职，下属2人。

主要工作内容：
Mainworkcontentsabout3items:
1、同采购、PD一起选择符合要求的供应商，督促现有供应商进行提升，持续改进。对供应商名录进行优化，将不符合要求的供应商进行淘汰。
1.Selectqualifiedsupplierstogetherwithpurchasing(purchansin)andPD,
urge(RG)supplierstoupgradeandcontinuetoimprove.Tooptimize(aputmaiz)thesupplierlistandremovethenotOKsuppliers.
2、帮助供应商能力提升，同时督促新项目顺利完成，处理供应商质量问题。
2.Helpsupplierstoimprovetheircapabilities,andatthesametimesupervisethesmoothcompletionofnewprojectsanddealwithsupplierqualityproblems.
3、推进APQP计划，协调开发工作中的问题，满足项目要求。

平常使用的工具除了行业五大工具：APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA外还有6sigma和G8D。当然如何和国内普通供应商合作，这些大部分工具应用起来比较困难。

主要产品有：前后保险杠总成，内外后视镜总成，行李架总成、立柱饰板、全车标牌、防擦条、扰流板，所有喷漆零件，还有四门锁、前后罩锁、门把手……所有的外饰零件。

在这份工作之前，我在重庆长安福特工作。在福特工作期间我主要也是从事SQE岗位，在福特叫做STA。完成的项目有C520C520MCA还有最近下线的CX483。

在福特期间，学到了很多东西。福特是个学习的好地方，当时参加了CQDC培训，并获得了证书。完成6sigma项目，并获得了绿带证书。并且表现优秀，获得了破格提薪和“总监奖”。

但是最后因为薪酬原因，离开了福特。
