上海正式实施垃圾分类新规 那么问题来了 “你是什么垃圾？”  《上海市生活垃圾管理条例》将垃圾分为四类： 可回收物（recyclable waste） 有害垃圾（hazardous waste） 湿垃圾（household food waste ） 干垃圾（residual waste） 官方还发布了详细的垃圾分类指南↓  但是这些仍然满足不了认真、仔细 担心被罚款 有强烈求知欲的广大网友 英国人见面时常聊天气 而我们聊的是垃圾分类 更奇怪的现象是 被大家热议的垃圾 大部分来源于食物 比如，小龙虾  还有奶茶、水蜜桃、玉米……    “阿拉上海宁”已经被垃圾分类逼疯，其它城市的朋友们也别高兴太早，因为马上就轮到你们了…… According to the central government's plan, all major cities are expected to initiate garbage classification this year. 根据中央政府的计划，所有主要城市预计将在今年启动垃圾分类。 The first batch of cities that are required to sort garbage by 2020 include Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing and all capitals of provincial regions. 到2020年，北京、上海、天津、重庆以及所有省会城市将成为首批被要求进行垃圾分类的城市。 上海都已经开始垃圾分类了，北广深以及其它一线城市还会远吗？ 所以，快和小U把垃圾分类学起来！ 01 有害垃圾  Hazardous waste, as the name suggests, includes assorted poisonous materials like used batteries, light bulbs, expired medicines, paint, mercury thermometers and pesticides. 有害垃圾，顾名思义，包括各种有毒的物质，如电池、灯泡、过期药物、油漆、水银温度计和杀虫剂。 被污染和有危险的垃圾不属于有害垃圾，比如用过的纸尿裤和水果刀等。（那么用过的纸尿裤和水果刀究竟是什么垃圾呢？） 有害垃圾若不妥善处理，可能会对人体和环境造成危害，所以需要统一进行无害化处理。 湿垃圾  Household food waste – which is translated to 'wet trash' in Chinese – refers to food leftovers, rotten food, pet food, fruit peels, remains of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) herbs and flowers. 家庭食品垃圾，中文“湿垃圾”，指的是剩饭剩菜、腐败食品、宠物食品、果皮、中药药渣、花卉等。 湿垃圾最终会通过人为干预加速其腐烂，而后变为有机肥料，补充土地里缺少的微量元素。所以，湿垃圾为易腐垃圾。 另外，处理湿垃圾时，要求其中杂质不超过3-5%，所以很多核、壳类建议投放至干垃圾中。 03 可回收物  Paper, plastic, glass, metal and textiles are counted as recyclable waste. 纸张、塑料、玻璃、金属和纺织品算入可回收物。 很多外卖餐盒的塑料品质很好，但是因为被油污染，所以是无法再利用的，应除去餐盒中的内容物，投放至干垃圾桶中。 04 干垃圾  The definition of residual waste is a little confusing. Anything that is not listed above belongs in this category. 对干垃圾（残余垃圾）的定义有些模糊，任何不属于上述垃圾的都归入其中。 干垃圾桶是你的最后一个选择，它大肚能容，别的桶都不要的只有它要。  As specific as the new guideline is, residents still have a hard time sorting trash correctly and are finding it challenging to memorize them all. 尽管新的《指南》给出的分类十分明确，仍有不少市民反映，正确进行分类非常困难，并且表中内容难以全部记住。 For instance, both plastic bottles and bubble tea or coffee cups are plastic materials. However, the former falls to the category of recyclable waste and the latter belongs to residual waste. 例如，塑料瓶和奶茶/咖啡杯都是塑料制品，前者属于可回收物，后者却是干垃圾。 To save the hassle, some netizens have come up with their own ways to sort trash. 为了省去这个麻烦，有些网友想出了自己的分类办法。 'We should do this from a pig's angle,' commented one netizen. 一名网友评论道：“应该从猪的视角来看。” 'Those edible for pigs are household food waste. Those even pigs don't want to eat are residual waste. If a pig consumes something and dies of it, then something must be hazardous waste.
