2. Operational and insurance certificates for investors of the NordFX trading platform

2.1. License and certificate of operation

Unfortunately, there is no presence of the most trusted financial management agencies in the world such as FCA, NFA or ASIC ...

Obviously, the level of protection offered to investors provided by VFSC and SEBI is not a big guarantee, meaning that NordFX will not be appreciated by traders.

2.2. Investor protection

For large and reputable long-term exchanges, they always comply with strict customer account regulations in the form of Segregated account segregation accounts.

With segregated account mechanism, customer accounts will be kept separate from the company's operating funds and should not be used for any other purpose.

It is also used to identify properties belonging to customers and take them as a basis to compensate customers in case anything happens to the company (such as bankruptcy).

However, there is no information on NordFX's homepage that they use this mechanism.

In addition, NordFX does not have an Externally Audit dedicated to brokers to ensure compliance with the company's legal obligations and operating procedures.

So, on paper, NordFX has not really created trust for investors.

Account Fix no commission fees and minimum deposit requirement is only $ 10. The spread for this account type starts at 2 pips and displays the 4-digit price after the decimal point. You can choose balance in USD, BTC or ETH. With this type of account, customers can trade 28 foreign currency pairs as well as gold and silver.

3.2. Pro account

The Pro account also has no commission, the same leverage and the same account balance as the Fix account. Pro account requires a minimum initial deposit of $ 50. Spread from 0.9 pips and display the 5-digit price after the decimal point.

3.3. Zero account

Zero account is the type of account that NordFX will use to compete with ECN accounts of major competitors such as IC Markets or XM. According to personal reviews, this is also the most used trading account on NordFX.

Zero accounts are ideal for scalping traders with the lowest spread possible at only 0.0 pips.

This is a type of ECN account matching orders at market prices, customer transactions will be transferred to third party liquidity providers, which helps reduce transaction costs. It also means that NordFX does not hold orders from customers, so you can rest assured that there is no conflict of interest between you and the broker.

Management conditions and costs applied to all three investment funds are as follows:

1. Management fee is 2% of the investment amount each year.

2. Early withdrawal fee is 10% of asset value at the time of withdrawal.

3. Success fee is 35% profit.

However, please note that NordFX has a warning at the bottom of the page as follows:

Product returns are shown in examples and past financial results do not guarantee future returns.

That means that these investments are actually "unsecured" investments, you can totally suffer losses if the investment funds on investment are not effective.

The profit that NordFX promises to pay to investors every year is very high, respectively 27%, 40.9% and 57%, but you need to know that for every investment, you will pay 35% of profits and 2% management fee based on deposit.

Therefore, please consider and evaluate carefully whether the unknown risks + costs that NordFX floor offers are attractive enough for you to make an investment decision or not.

7. Deposit and withdrawal forms of NordFX trading platform

NordFX does not charge any deposit of customers, if you lose the fee, it is the fee that your payment gateway requires. For example:

7.2. Withdrawal

As for the withdrawal, as above I recommend using Internet Banking or Ngan Luong, in case of NordFX, Ngan Luong port is said to be the best for Vietnamese traders.

However, I still have some notes about other payment gateways in case you need to know.

• With Bank Transfer, you will take 3-6 days to withdraw money and pay the fee according to the bank you use.
  

• With Visa & Mastercard, you need to wait up to 5-6 business days and pay up to 4% of the amount + 7.5 $. So, deciding to recharge with Visa & Mastercard is a very bad decision.

• With online payment gateways, most of you will only spend 1 day on your account, some of which will charge you a fee of 0.5 to 1%. 
  
  Especially, NordFX provides up to 3 payment gateways including PayToday, PayTrust88 and Help2Pay with instant instant withdrawal (Pay Instant). That means that, as soon as you execute the withdrawal order, you will almost immediately receive the money in the account. However, their disadvantage is that you have to pay 1.5 to 2% of the fee.

Overall, Ngan Luong is still the number one option that I strongly recommend using with the following advantages:

• Recharge immediately

• No charge for deposit and withdrawal

• Waiting time is only within 1 working day.

• The difference between the extremely low withdrawal rate and the exchange rate of Vietnamese banks.

During the withdrawal process, if for some reason you do not receive your MT4 account or any money in your bank account, you can access your account at NordFX and send a notice Support support team, your problem will solve within one business day.
