Unit 6 I’m going to study computer science.  

Section B 3a-3c Time of lesson:45 minutes Students: The junior middle school students of grade eight  

一.教学目标:

1. 语言知识目标:  

1) 复习一般将来时态的构成。掌握生词own, personal, relationship  

2) 能够综合运用一般将来时态及所给的提示词来完成阅读填空的任务。

 3) 能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己的新年决心。  

2. 情感态度价值观目标:  

   通过学习本节课的内容及对未来的讨论,使学生树立自己的生活目标和制订相应的学习计划,激发学生们的学习主动性和学习兴趣,使他们为实现自己的理想而不断努力。  

二、教学重点:  

1、能够综合运用一般将来时态及所给的提示词来完成阅读填空的任务。

2、能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写自己的新年决心。

三、教学难点:

 能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写自己的新年决心。  

四、教学准备: 白板课件和学案。

五、教学过程

Ⅰ. Greeting  

T:How are you? I think you look great today!  

Ⅱ. Lead-in :Watch a cartoon.

1. What are they talking about?

2. What are resolutions?  

3. When do people usually make resolutions?

4. Why do people usually make resolutions?

5. How do they remember them?  

Ⅲ. Presenting  

1.Present four kinds of resolutions.

(Own personal improvement, physical health, improve the relationships with family and friends and do better at school.) 2.Explain the new words to the students.

 (own, personal, relationship )  

3.And talk about each kind of resolution carefully. Try to use different sentense structures.  

4.Then play a game to classify different resolutions into different groups.  

5. Complete a mind-map of resolutions to add more resolutions.  

Ⅳ. Before Writing    

1. Show the writing strategies.(Beginning, body and ending.)

2.Tell Ss to work on 3b. Complete the first two paragraphs about resolutions with the words in the box.  

3. Ss read the article and try to fill in the blanks.  

4. Check the answers with the Ss.  

Ⅴ. Writing    

1. Show them the standard of writing.  

2. Give them some sentences, phrases and conjunctions to help.  

3. Ss try to think about their own resolutions and try to write them down.  

4. Choose one piece of writing in each group to correct. 5. Let some Ss show their passage to the class.  

 

Ⅵ. Summary    

A year's plan starts with spring. A day's plan starts with morning.

Homework Interview five of your friends. Ask them what they’re going to do next weekend. Then write a report.
