讨论体检工作回访制度的意义 李晓林，张腾予 （四川省沐川县人民医院体检科，四川乐山 614500） 【摘要】目的 了解体检人员对体检环境、体检流程、体检质量、服务态度等方面的满意度，收集体检人员对体检工作的需求及合理化建议。方法 采取电话回访和现场回访相结合。结果 提升体检科在体检人员心中的记忆，进一步加深体检科与体检人员之间的感情，获得了大量真实有效的数据和意见，为整改提供了依据。结论 提高体检科在体检人员感知中的认知度、美誉度及公信力度，为建立、完善体检人员健康档案提供后续服务，力求为体检人员建立检后大数据，建立、健全、实施回访制度很有必要。 【关键词】体检科；回访制度；检后服务；回访员 【中图分类号】 R197 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 ISSN.2095-8242.2015.28.5941.02 【 Abstract 】 Objective To understand the medical staff of medical environment, medical process, medicalquality and service attitude of satisfaction, the demand for medical work and rationalization proposal. Results Increase physical examination in medical personnelin the heart of memory, further deepen the affection between physical examination and medical personnel, receiveda large amount of real and effective data and opinion, provide the basis for the rectification.
