为什么会早醒?

人为什么会早醒?早醒了怎么办?如何使自己不会早醒?

人早醒的原因很多,这里我谈三个常见原因。

一、睡够了。人有时候睡眠效率很高,虽然只睡了很短时间,但是他已经达到了睡眠的效果,不需要再睡了,所以会早醒。

二、身体虚弱,如果人的身体虚弱,那么他就睡不深,他晚上会经常半夜醒来。

三、身体痛苦,人身体如果有痛苦,那么他经常会因为身体痛苦而半夜醒来。

半夜醒了怎么办?

半夜醒了怎么办呢?你要检查自己的精神状态,不同的精神状态有不同的对策。

第一种情形,你醒来时你精神挺好,那么说明你已经睡好了,睡够了,你可以起床了。

你不要认为你现在醒了不正常,然后你去采取各种措施使自己睡着。你这属于无病吃药,药会使你生病。

其实任何时候你感觉精神好了,你都不必再睡觉,你不要被睡眠时间束缚。

第二种情形,你醒来时你疲倦和痛苦,可是又睡不着。


那么你怎么办呢?你起来静坐。

你披个外套,找一个软椅子,放松地坐着,坐着时眼睛自然睁着或者轻轻地闭着。

躯干挺直不动,不要说话,心中想想什么就想什么,悲伤就悲伤着,喜悦就喜悦着,焦虑就焦虑着,痛苦就痛苦着,只管坐着就好。

一切顺其自然静坐累了或者身体感觉不舒服了,你就休息一会儿再静坐。

静坐时时如果你睡着了,那么你就睡着,不必保持清醒。

你不必担心静坐占用了你的睡眠时间,因为静坐就是睡眠,而且静坐是一种更好的睡眠。

你一直静坐,静坐到你睡着,又醒来之后或者静坐一小时之后,你就停止静坐。

上床躺着。躺着时,眼睛自然睁着,心中想想什么就想什么,不必急于睡着。

睡眠来了就睡。没来,你也不求,只管躺着就好。一直到起床时间,再离开床。

第三种情形,你醒来时你痛苦,这种痛苦又不是没睡好造成的,而是你身体本有的痛苦造成的。

那么你要根据自己的痛苦程度来做决定。如果痛苦不严重的话,你就忍一忍。如果痛苦很严重的话,你应该去咨询医生。

如何使自己不会早醒?

前面我已经讲了人为什么会早醒和早醒了怎么办。

下面我简单讲一下,如何使自己不会早醒?你该怎么做呢:

一、 如果你身体有病,那么你就应该治病,使自己的身体健康。

二、如果你身体虚弱,那么你就应该做大礼拜。每天早晨做三十分钟大礼拜,坚持一个月。大礼拜对改善体质效果好,你要坚持做大礼拜,你的身体就会变好,睡眠也会变好。

三、早晨六点起床。

四、白天出门活动和工作,尽量少在家里呆着。

五、白天最好不要闲着,做些力所能及的事情。

六、白天不要萎靡的活着,要精神抖擞地活着,每个动作都充满力量。

七、白天最好不睡觉,不躺着,不打盹。

八、晚上非常瞌睡了再上床。上床之后不要急于睡着,清醒躺着就行,眼睛自然睁着心中想想什么就想什么,你就这样清醒躺着就好。你做到以上八点,你就不会常常醒来,你会一觉到天亮。

In the third case, you suffer a lot when you wake up. This kind of pain is not caused by poor sleep but from the pain of your body.

Then you have to make a decision based on your own pain. If the pain is not serious, you can bear it. In the contrary, you should consult a doctor.

Now I’ll explain how to avoid waking up early? What should you do at that time?

As mentioned above, I talked about why people wake up early and what to do if they wake up early.

1. If you are ill, then you should cure it and make yourself healthy;

2. If you are weak, then you should do big worship. Do 30 minutes of worship every morning for a month, which is good for your health. If you insist on it, your body will get better and your sleep will get better;

3. Get up at six in the morning;

4. During the daytime, go out for activities and work, and try to not stay at home;

5. It is better not to be idle during the daytime and do what you can;

6. Keep high spirits in the daytime. And make every movement full of strength;

7. It is better not to sleep, lie down or nap in the daytime;

8. You can go to bed when you are very sleepy at night. After going to bed, don’t hurry to fall asleep, just lie awake, and naturally open your eyes and think about whatever you want, which will be better. If you can do all the above eight aspects, you will not wake up often, and you’ll have a very good sleep during the whole night.
