邴光全，男，汉族，1970年生，甘肃榆中人。西北民族大学美术学院毕业。潜心工笔花鸟画和写意花鸟的研习和创作，在传统基础上，力求创造富有现代气息的个人风格。 作品多次在全国及省市大展中获奖并入选。作品和论文散见于《中国书画报》、《甘肃文化》、《飞天》、《党的建议》、《甘肃税务》、《农民书画报》、《甘肃美术家》等报刊杂志。作品和传略入编《中国美术选集》、《中国当代名人书画精品润格》、《丝绸之路书画作品集》、《“金鼎杯”全国书法美术优秀作品集》、《中国现代美术大系》、《甘肃书画人物志》、《甘肃秘书之友》、《甘肃省生态文明建设书画作品集》、《全国“中和杯”书画大赛作品集》、《“和谐家园”兰州市美术作品集》等。 现为国家二级美术师、兰州市榆中县文化馆副研究馆员、甘肃省美术家协会会员、甘肃省工笔画协会副秘书长、兰州市美术家协会理事。 Bing Guangquan, male, Han nationality, born in Yuzhong, Gansu Province in 1970.
