【原】和意大利维罗纳酒店—我在波兰的抗疫生活（三）

早在去年12月的时候，我就预订了意大利之行的酒店，1月份的时候购买了机票和火车票。我已经计划了很久这次旅行，我想去罗马、威尼斯、五渔村、维罗纳和米兰。为了有深刻的体验和满满的收获，我做了很多功课，我在网上观看跟意大利有关的电影，如《庞贝末日》、《罗马假日》，观看意大利美食纪录片《贪嘴意大利》，做旅游路线攻略等等。可是没有想到新冠肺炎的全球迅速蔓延，让意大利成为一个让人望而生畏的地方。为了人身安全，我不得不取消意大利之行。

因为我们是在Booking上预定的酒店，有些可以免费取消，而有些即使取消也不退费。于是我和维罗纳酒店展开了持久战，从2月1日开始一直到2月9日，我们天天在口舌战，我说什么他们就是不依不饶，我觉得利益至上是意大利人乃至欧洲人的特点，他们不愿意变通，守的就是一个规则，但是意大利人最为顽固。你说什么他们都不会为之动情。下面是我给他们写的一封邮件：

现在再读这封邮件，我觉得我的有些措辞有些搞笑或者好笑。但是为了减少损失，我能说的话都说了，满是祈求的语气。但是他们仍然语气强硬，强烈要求我全额支付所有费用。无奈之下，我给Booking 客服写了邮件，请求帮助（见图）

最后，问题终于解决了。维罗纳酒店免费取消了我的住宿。然后机票和火车票就没有这么幸运了，因为我们买的是廉航机票，所以他们不给退费，只给被感染的人退费，要求我上传证明。我无法提供，因为我是健康的人。火车票我们买的是经济座位，他们也不给退费。我也很心疼钱，花出去很多，结果没有去旅行。不过从这次经历里，我也学到了金钱买不来的东西，所以我从多个角度说服自己学会接受，失去意味着会有更多的机会获得。这是世间万物平衡定律。
