今天猫哥在Pubmed中检索了2020年所有的生信分析SCI,迄今已经发现1277篇生信SCI,其中1110篇纯生信,剩下的167包含部分实验的验证。
不是说生信分析很难发SCI了吗?这似乎也不少啊!
咱们来八一八。
首先生信SCI,拒稿率高是事实,随便画个热图、火山图、PPI网络、生存分析的人越来越多,傻瓜式网站也多,但不足非常显著:
①数据选择不合理;②数据量小;③分析思路单一;④作图粗糙千篇一律
不过水涨船高,多层次、大数据量、新热点的,难度较高的生信SCI也更多了。
猫哥给大家分析了一下其中 影响因子>3分纯生信文章的统计结果。
