能用一个词替换的短语的用法

17. on and on (constantly)不停地

用法：on and on通常用于动词之后，作方式状语，相当于continuously, constantly等。

例句1：They kept laughing on and on after hearing the joke.

听到这个笑话，他们一直笑个不停。

结构分析：They是主语，kept是谓语，laughing on and on是宾语（on and on是状语），after hearing the joke是介词词组作状语。

例句2：New positions are constantly created that require people to keep learning. (2013年12月四级)

新的职位不断被创造出来，这要求人们不断学习。

结构分析：New positions是主语，are constantly created是系表型谓语， that require people to keep learning是主语补语从句，that引导从句，是主语，require是谓语，people是宾语，to keep learning是不定式词组作宾语补语。
