https://fastdl./win32/mongodb-win32-x86_64-2008plus-ssl-3.0.6-signed.msi

由于下载速度慢，先ping一下，

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ 下hosts文件在末尾加上 54.175.147.155 www.。关闭浏览器重新下载。
